Terrible

I went in for a simple tire change and stayed for 2 1/2 hours after being told I would stay for only 45 minutes. They sold me the wrong tire and ended up having to put a more expensive tire on my car. Even though they didn`t charge me for the extra expenses, I still payed a good sum for my tire. Also, I told them I was on a bit of a time crunch and had to be in Tuscaloosa at 5pm. They reassured me that I would be abl... view moree to do that, but seeing that it`s 4:30pm and they are STILL not done with my tire, I will not be making it to class on time. Needless to say, this was an absolutely terrible experience. This lady next to me made an APPOINTMENT for a simple Oil Change and has now been here for an hour and a half and they just started on her car 30 minutes ago. Don`t go here. It`s not worth the wait.
