Our family vacation started when we left Georgia, picked up 12 Passenger Van at Acclaim in Pelham, AL, continued on to Birmingham to pick up our children, desination New Orleans. Acclaim set the tone for one of the most enjoyable family vacation ever. The staff was very professional and friendly and caring. Our safety was their main concern.
