Reviews:
I recently took my truck to this dealer to have the air conditioning fixed. Other than having a problem with the air conditioning there were no issues with the vehicle. I received a call explaining that during the process my battery had suddenly died. I had never had any problems with my battery prior to this. I expected that the dealership would replace the battery they clearly had a role in breaking. Instead, I was... view more told by a very rude service manager that they would not fix their mistake. They told me that they didn`t set out to break my battery and these things just happen sometimes. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this dealership. I wold not recommend anyone take their vehicle here to be serviced.

I bought my car here and I have been very happy! Service and sales have both been extremely helpful to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

The service department does not care about your time. I spent two and a half hours in the waiting room for them to look at my car to see what was going on with the brakes, as I had already replaced the master cylinder twice. After this wait, I was told that they could not tell me when they would get to my car. As I had three small children with, me this was a problem. I understand that things take time, but when the... view morey don`t even act like they care, that it unacceptable.

Dishonest
had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealers service department today. In my opinion, Chrysler should re-think to whom they give a 5-star rating.
My wife took her car there to have the windshield wipers fixed. She was told she had to pay 800 dollars to get a new module before they would work again.
I assumed someone had taken apart the wiper motor and checked the voltage coming from the wire and maybe tested the ... view morewiper motor by applying voltage to it. I assumed wrong.
When my wife picked it up, the wipers still didn`t work, the windshield was broken, and she paid the $800.00. The dealership agreed to replace the windshield and told her fixing the windshield wipers would be even more money.
I lifted the hood that evening and saw that they had not even looked at the wiper motor. No one ever tried to troubleshoot or find out if the bad wiper motor caused the module fault. It was simply easier to change an expensive part and ask for more.
When I explained to the manager that I believed they had done unnecessary work and I believed they were not telling me the truth, he threatened to call the police because I insisted they were not telling the truth.
I believe that they knowingly stole from me by not fixing the obvious problem.
Here I am $800.00 later with a bad windshield wiper motor, a broken windshield, and a general manager threatening me with arrest for complaining about their shoddy work.
Next time..Toyata Corolla.
