The best place to buy a car on the gulf coast!!!

The most professional place to do business anywhere around here. We also. Got a lifetime warranty on our 4x4 that we didn`t have to pay for. How cool is that!!

I purchased my previously owne...

I purchased my previously owned 2008 highlander from this dealership and i have been traveling from Pensacola Fl, (about 45mins) to service it there. It has been over a year when I purchased it and I have done all of my servicing there. I pass about 6 quick service companies on my way to Eastern Shore Toyota, and I love the service there so it makes it easy to keep coming back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I really wish I could have rated this at 0 stars. I live about 50 miles from the dealership. I called them and asked if they had a vehicle in stock around 3 pm and set up a time to come and see it at 1015 the next morning. They called me back around 8 pm and reconfirmed my appointment and stated that the vehicle was still available. Well that was a complete lie!! When i got there they tried to sell me a new vehi... view morecle which I didn`t want and told them right away I didn`t want a new vehicle. And then the told me that the vehicle I drove over 50 miles to potential purchase had been sold the day before at 6pm which was also a lie!! It had been sold 2 days prior. So basically they just wanted to get me in the door and try to sell me a new vehicle. Then they told me they had a different used vehicle that I may be interested in but it was in the body shop because one of the workers had backed into a light pole and had a small scratch on the bumper, yet another lie!! The vehicle that was in the body shop they didn`t even want to negotiate on the price because they said they didn`t report the "accident" and it would never show up on a car fax report as being damaged!!! What a bunch of thieves and liars!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after all the lies that they told me!!
