Actually all mechanics at this business are certified. I do believe that when this customer came in to present the problem he was very well assisted even after his continuous fowl laungage and not handling the situation in a profesional manner. The customer also stated that he has had a family member work on his vehicle on all previous occasions so whose to say that maybe he was the incompetent one who did the damage... view more and then wanted to bring it to us to have it fixed where then he would have someone to blame it on. We as a business though giving the customer the benifit of the doubt did our best to resolve the problem, turning it over to the insurance company to fix any problems that were to be of fault. Now in turn we have people that have been coming to this business for 30 years + who we will get to leave reviews for you as well now if we were such a terrible business would we have even lasted that long? Some people are out to get things for free is this one of those customers you tell me. As for any questions feel free to call anytime we will be more than happy to help you.

could not be worst

mechanics are incompetent morons, high school dropouts with absolutely no formal training, kept getting in and out of my car in dirty greasy overalls with a lit cigarette hanging from his mouth using my cars ashtray (I am a non smoker and the ashtray was never used), the car came back with grease stains on the leather and smelling like a well used ashtray; work done on the car was absolutely terrible, broken covers, ... view moremissing bolts, disconnected hoses cut off and shoved behind the exhaust heatshield to hide it, during reassembly the mechanic damaged a hose leading from the filter to the engine, bits of the hose went into the engine causing $4000 worth of damage, when confronted, the mechanic denied everything trying to blame it on "wear and tear"; if you value your car take it somewhere else, spend the extra few bucks to have the work done by a certified mechanic;
