I HAD MY TRUCK REPAIRED AT COCKRELL`S AND IT WAS GREAT!!!! YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW MY TRUCK HAD ANY DAMAGE AT ALL. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE REPAIRS WERE DONE BEFORE PROMISED. THEY KNEW I WOULD BE LEAVING THE NEXT DAY FOR A LONG ROAD TRIP AND EVEN CHANGED MY OIL FOR ME!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!

THEY DID MORE DAMAGE TO MY VANN AND DID NOT MATCH UP THE PAINT NOW MY VANN IS TWO BIFFERANT BROWNS!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL

VERY BAD

I TOOK MY VANN THEREN TO GET IT PAINTED ON THE PASSANGER SIDE. WHEN I PICKED IT UP ,I HAD SCRATCHES ON THE DRIRERS SIDE AND ON MY HOOD THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I DROPED IT OFF.MY INSURANCE TOOK PICTURES OF ALL THE DAMAGES THAT WAS DONE BEFOR I TOOK MY VANN TO THEM. I TOLD THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE THEY SAID THAT THE SCRATCHES WAS ALREADY THERE .I TOLD THEM THAT MY INSURANCE TOOK PICTURES OF MY VANN AND THE SCRATCHES WA... view moreS NOT THERE. THEY DIDN`T EVEN MATCH MY PAINT.I HAD TWO DIFFERENT COLORS OF BROWN.I LEFT THERE AND TOOK MY VANN TO SOME WHERE ELSE THEY FIXED IT. MY INSURANCE IS STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM .

Don`t use cockrells they give the worst experience!

If I could give this shop a negative rating higher than this I would! I can only recall having one experience this bad with a business. After quoting me a price and having my car for almost three weeks it still never came out right and then they charged me more. While they fixed the damage to the rear of my car they damaged it in other areas! Almost $3000.00 later and many conversations with someone I am still fi... view moreghting to have it fixed properly! They scratched up my car after they supposedly repainted the entire car and broke things on my car. Yet the majority of the paint looks like the old paint did and they missed painting several areas! They say the broken things were broke before and that they didn`t do it. Yet I know my car after detailing it many times myself before taking it in for them to work on it. They did a very poor job and don`t want to resolve it yet they say they warranty their work. I work with the public and could have recommended them to many people had they done the right thing but now I will tell everyone I know not to use them and to pass it around. The man at the shop has treated me like a complete moron and acted like I don`t know what I`m talking about. They claim they will resolve your problem properly when you call and talk to them about it and when you go over there they don`t. After several attempts to speak to the general manager I still am told he is not in or unavailable. My car shows that whoever worked on it did not care about it even though they would not have done the things they did to my car to their own. When it comes to this business take it to someone other than cockrells. I also recently heard a horror story of them losing someones car and it wasn`t found until a few months later. I`m still waiting for them to fix things they were supposed to the first time and missed as well. What a shame in the way this shop is run and for having so many locations you would think they would be better than this.
