Pensacola Glass Co was founded in 1936. It had meager beginnings in a shop located at 46 East Chase Street in downtown Pensacola. Two brothers, who had previously founded Dothan Glass Co. in Dothan, Alabama, partnered with their brother Harold Pitman to open Pensacola Glass Co. in 1936. This followed the tradition of family involvement in business endeavors. The economic growth in the Pensacola area brought great success to this business venture.

I will never go anywhere else, I found the exact car we were looking for and had no problems with them or with our car. It was a pretty straight and forward process. I was referred by several friends, I will refer them and will only shop at Highline. The BEST price around and it was nothing like shopping at any other dealership. Thanks to Highline for our perfect car. I will be back to purchase my daughter a car n... view moreext month.

Bait & Switch
I live an hour and a half from this dealership so I wanted to make sure everything was in order before I made the long drive. Bob sent me pics and we agreed on a price. I confirmed the price with him again on the morning I was driving up. I got there he confirmed AGAIN and we went for a test drive. I liked the jeep and we started the paperwork. After getting my information (including my bank, insurance company, &... view more personal info) Bob went over the Carfax with me. While I was filling out the rest of the paperwork Bob said he couldn`t sell the vehicle at the agreed upon price. I reminded him that I drove an hour and a half because we had agreed on a price. He told me that he was sorry but he wasn`t going to sell the jeep at that price but he was still going to cut me a great deal by only raising the price by $500. I told him no and asked him one more time if he was going to honor his word, he said no. He apologized but I told him an apology was only worth the word of the nan giving it so his was worthless. Waste of time and gas dealing with these crooks. Completely dishonest.

They tried to sell me a car with that had been in a previous accident and had been rebuilt (but wasn`t reported to the DMV so it didn`t show on the CarFax and you couldn`t tell from looking at it), and as a result of the accident the car`s unibody frame was badly damaged. This was disclosed publicly at auction when Highline purchased the car, but they still tried to hide the issue and sell it for normal market value,... view more though it is worth much less. This car is not only extremely unsafe, but it will require numerous maintenance repairs, such as the motor mounts that are already having to be replaced constantly because the frame is to weak to withstand the force from the engine of the car. I would never trust someone who would do this, especially not with this large of a purchase. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a car on 12/1/11. ...
I purchased a car on 12/1/11. From the beginning they were dishonest. The tire light was on when I left the dealership. I was told by Bob that "the light would go off, it was cold outside and the tires had to warm up". Also the drivers headlight had moisture in it that they said they would fix. The next day the light was still on, took to a local tire place to check. They found the tires were over inflated ... view moreand 3 tire pressure sensors were bad. I called the dealership immediately, they said they would replace the sensors as soon as I could bring it in. I told them I was going to Disney World I would bring it when I got back. While in Disney World the drivers tire went flat. I had to have the vehicle towed to Orlando Infiniti. I found out that the rim on the car had been tampered with, the positive battery terminal was "rigged" (direct quote from an Infiniti dealership)and the power steering hose had a leak. This cost $718.00. They put my spare tire on so I could drive it home. I called my local dealership to order a new rim. It was $864.18 that had to be paid in advance. In the process of waiting on the rim to come in the passanger side tire went flat. Come to find out all 4 rims were corroded and bent. At this point I have one new rim I had to pay for on the car but am looking at having to replace the other 3. I get an estimate for new rims and go to the dealership to talk with Mike, the general manager. Mike pretty much said it was my problem now. He didnt want to do anything to fix the problem. He gave me Rami`s phone number (the owner) and told me he wasnt dealing with me anymore that I was being unreasonable by wanting them to pay for the rims. Talked with Rami, he assured me he wanted to fix this problem. They would replace the rims or take rims off another car they had and put them on mine but he wanted to "make this right". I made sure he knew that I had already replaced the drivers front rim. He said they would have the car towed from Montgomery to Birmingham to fix the problem. I reminded him about the tire sensors and the headlight. They picked up with car on 1-5-12. I gave them ample time to fix the problems before contacting them. They put me off with several excuses. First it was they were going to have the rims repaired, that couldnt be done. Then it was, well we ordered rims from a company we dont normally use and they came in and wouldnt fit. They finally said they ordered NEW rims and the car would be ready on 2-21-12 (they had the car 47 days!) I arrived on 2-22-12 to pick up my car and they say it could not be released until I paid for the new rims and towing! A charge was NEVER discussed. In fact I told Mike when I found out about the rims that I would NOT pay a penny more for this car. The dealership was to assume responsibility for the repairs. I waited for 3 hours going back and forth with Andrew about the charges. He said the owner would be there to discuss it with me. The owner never showed up, they still wouldnt give me my car until I paid for the rims. I asked how much, he said that the cost of the NEW rims were $800 each with a total of $2400. I decided to pay half with the understanding that I would get the keys to my car and sue them for the money I was having to pay. On my way home from the dealership the service engine light came on, I took the car to my local Infiniti dealership to find out that the 3 rims they put on the car were NOT NEW and the new one I put on was taken off and replaced with a used rim. Also the headlight and tire sensors were never fixed. It cost me $300 to have the sensors fixed. An estimate of $1100 was given to fix the headlight. As of today I have called the dealership 4 times and havent gotten a response. I fully intend to persue this legally.
