They took a $900 downpayment toward fixing my car. Three weeks after cashing the check, they told me they had changed their mind about fixing my car and wanted me to get it. It took several more phone calls to Lori Conner, office manager and wife of owner of Conners Collision, before I finally got a written copy of their estimate so I could look for someone else to fix my car. Lori Conner told me I had a month to ... view moreget the car and they would not charge me storage if I got it within one month. I told her I expected to get the car in less than a month, and she told me I only had to pay towing---$250-300 fee. Within two weeks, I had a medical emergency with my 97 year-old mother and called the owner that I would be delayed a few days in getting my car. He told me that would be fine. I was still within the month limit given to me originally by Lori Conner. On July 15, 3 weeks after being told that Conner`s Collision had decided NOT to fix my car, I went to Conner`s Towing to get my cashier`s check, pay for the towing, and make arrangements for another tow company to get my car---the next day. Lori COnner told me that I also had to pay 4 days storage, an ADMIN fee, additional towing charges for transporting my car from one of their locations to another, charges for paperwork, and charges for telephone calls that I made to them. In other words, they intended to keep the $900 I paid them before they ever started work on my car----by adding bogus charges.
