Bought a SUV based on the "bottom line price", which I was told included tax, tag and title. Imagine my surprise when I got to courthouse to get my tag and found out that the county and city taxes had not been included in my purchase. We thought the difference in the total cost of the vehicle was because it had more miles than the other ones we were looking at. We didn`t know until it came time to get t... view morehe tag - and over $600.00 later - that they flat out lied to us. Wish I had bought the other vehicle we were looking at. Would have had less miles and would have cost less. The General Manager called it a misunderstanding. I can`t afford these $600.00 "misunderstandings". Won`t buy from them again and won`t recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding sales, parts, and service department. They treated me with respect and worked with me until I have achieved the price I wanted with the extras requested. A great company. A whole lot better that Woody Anderson Ford; self-centered egotistical liars.

Avoid this place, take your money else where. Tried to give me nothing for my trade in and claimed it would be hard to resale. They resold it later for $3000 more than they claimed they could ever get for it. You get talked down to. They give numbers that are constantly changed but not explained, try to sneek fees back in and mis-represent rebate money. They will keep insulting you with the "I only make $400... view more dollars profit on this vehicle" line. I spent $32,000 at this place and they never even offered a free oil change or car wash, which is common at other dealers. After spending $32,000 they could have at least sent a thank you card which they didn`t do.
