I was told 320$ at cahaba tire for bear rings at express auto it was 150$ maybe 120$ can`t remember. All`s I know is that they have a new repeat customer and I will go here for my car needs. A++ service they even test drove it for me which cahaba tire does not. A+++ for real honest work honest people good business. So good I wrote a review and I`ve been ripped of a lot. I took my truck in for a repai...

I took my truck in for a repair on the door sensor. I was very impressed with their work and prices. I always feel like I am getting ripped off at most shops but I really felt like they were very fair with the prices and they did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. Having a place to take you car that you feel like you got a fair price when you leave is rare but this place is just that. The WORST EVER and I never go ...

The WORST EVER and I never go back!!! I supply this place with one can of air conditioner freon and the mechanic spend 5 minutes on my car and my total bill was 60 dollars.Precision Tune price is 29.99 and I am sure they check for everything and do a better job than this Place called Alabaster Express Tire &amp; Auto Service. I will never go back to this place.

I was very impressed with this repair shop. Quality work at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had routine maintenance done on an import vehicle. I will be back!

The WORST EVER! A few weeks ag...

The WORST EVER! A few weeks ago I came in for a tune-up. Boy did they mess my car up! 1) the next day after paying almost $700 my car went crazy a part on the fan just fell off! I took it in and they try to fix it and now the car barely can turn anymore! 2) The car over heated for the first time of ever owning it and now it barely works. This shop is the worst. I had ...

This shop is the worst. I had a transmission rebuilt by them and it failed within 4 hours of being picked up and had to go back. Now is is making a weird noise on acceleration and their only suggestion was to bring it back. I paid 2500.00 for this repair and I do not feel they know what they are doing to get it fixed. This car has been in the shop more times in the past month than it has been in the many years I have... view more had it. They also messed up my battery and never offered to make it right. On top of what I paid them I had to pay 100.00 for a new battery. They have offered no apologies at all for all the problems they have caused with not being able to complete the job. I also noticed a bolt just laying in the engine bay when I popped the hood to check the fluids and am really hoping it is not important. I can not recommend this shop at all and from asking around it seems I am not alone. Please do yourself a favor and take any work to The Garage in Pelham, AL
