I bought a 2012 charger the other day and the sticker said 29k miles. I get it home amd realize there are actually over 32k. They won`t go down on the price or anything. I ask to null the contract because this is complete BS and illegal and he tells me I signed a contract so I can`t have my trade in back. What kind of place is this?!Do not buy a car from them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frank Fletcher`s Lifetime Warranty is a LIE and a joke. I tried contacting the General Manager by phone several times and finally just showed up on his doorstep. I tried calling him to follow up regarding a problem with a car they sold me and he never called back. Fletcher`s has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. They just care about getting rid of the cars on their lot without even fixing them before the... view morey are sold! The Fletcher dealership has no conscience or integrity when it comes to customer satisfaction. They want word of mouth advertising? I`ll give them the worst word of mouth report to everyone I talk to and tell them to NEVER buy anything from the Fletcher Dealership. As an aside, I even wrote emails to the President and Vice President of this company because they were listed on their (laughable) glowing Mission Statement which is also a LIE!!!! I never received a response to my emails. My next step is to report this despicable dealership to the Better Business Bureau!

I recently purchased a used 2013 mini van from Dee at this dealership. She was WONDERFUL, never pushy and worked hard to get my payments where I needed it. She was super sweet to my disabled sister as we tried her getting in and out of the vehicle making sure that it would work for her. Everything was wonderful until the next morning when a fluke mechanical incident occurred with my vehicle, Needless to say I was freaking out, which is made worse by the fact that I live nearly an hour from the dealership. I quickly called the dealership and they began working to rectify the situation. I also left a message for Dee at the dealership. She immediately called me back and also began working to make things right. Dee wasn t due into work until later that day, but she immediately went into the dealership and made arrangements for me to get my vehicle repaired. My Vehicle has since been repaired but Dee made sure to check on me on a regular basis to make sure that I was happy and that everything was being done that could be. I left Fletcher Jeep Saturday with my brand new Body Armor rack they sold me with my jeep loaded up in the back seat of my brand new Jeep Wrangler all the time worrying about the metal rack bars punching a hole in the leather seat of my brand new Jeep Wrangler It was not installed on the top as it should be because it make a very loud humming noise and vibration in the engine area when installed This same rack has be... view moreen installed on other jeeps and has not made this loud humming noise, but Fletcher jeep refused to give me a refund or another rack I now have a One Thousand Three Hundred Dollar piece of equipment I can?ˆ™t use sitting in my garage They offered no refund or replacement for the defective rack with another one Purchase your vehicle here at your own risk and pray nothing goes wrong because you cannot depend on them to make it right.

They are scammers!!
After waiting 5 hours to get a loan, they came out and said ""Good news!!! We got you approved!!, but you`ll have to pay $500 down"" I said, Ok, that will be fine. We went in to sign the papers and noticed that our payments went up almost $100 more per month. I asked him what that was all about, and he said they would only approve us for 12% interest because we had no ""car credit"". We have an awesome credit scor... view moree by the way. So, we were rushed through the signing process, so didnt get to read over the paperwork thoroughly. I just got my contract in, and noticed that the interest rate was not 12%, it is 17%. 5% more than we verbally agreed to. Read through your paperwork very thoroughly, before signing ANYTHING. And, we told them that we did not want to purchase any warranties, but the contract shows that we purchased a $650 warranty. I will NEVER buy from them again.
