I have three Acura, none that were purchased at this location. I brought my car in for service, and never had worst customer service. I made an appointment for 8:00am Tuesday to have some maintenance done. I tried to calling a few times in the afternoon to check the status of my repairs, but the persons who could help me were busy. Finally later that evening I someone answered and told me they haven`t got my car in, ... view moreand that why they didn`t call.... I told them to call when they know something so that I can get a rental car if it was going to take more than a day. I didn`t hear anything until Wednesday late afternoon. Not pleased with them, and their prices for that matter! I will not be going back, and will be letting my Acura friends of my experience.

Never deal with this dealership. Their prices for vehicles are not competitve with other acura dealers and if you purchase an acura elsewhere, they discriminate against you.

No high-pressure sales tactics. The entire staff, and especially the manager, Keith, are knowledgable, efficient, and go out of their way to demonstrate that you are a valued customer. I have been a longtime Lexus owner in Little Rock. I was recently in the market for a new car and learned that Keith C. (manager) was no longer at the Lexus dealer. I shopped all of the luxury dealers in Arkansas. The folks at Riverside Acura provided outstanding service (without the arrogant attitude some dealers displayed). Their pricing was extremely competitive. Admittedly, they didn`t have the fancy showroom but really who cares - great cars, super people and great value.
