I love these guys!! They actually care about whether or not your car is fixed instead of the money. They service all of our work vehicles and have done work to my personal vehicles as well. They have even stayed late just to make sure my car was fixed. They are very reasonable with their prices as well. I highly recommend this place. I will never go to another shop to service my vehicle.

The one thing that really stood out to me about this shop was that they made it very clear that they would happily wait until after hours in order for me to be able to get my car in. I was not able to make it until after closing, but they were happy to wait for me. That was excellent customer service! I can handle the strong cigarette smoke in the shop for a little bit for their excellent service.

These guys are awesome, I mean...

These guys are awesome, I mean that literally! On 1/8/13 my car would not start, even after I had three different guys attempt to help me to jump start my car until 10:00 P.M. On 1/9/13, I rode my bicycle to where my car was and just around the corner from where my car was was Robert`s Auto Repair. I went in and talked with the owner Robert. He told me he would come and look at it for me for no charge. The other gara... view moreges wanted me to tow it in before they would even look at it! Anyway, Robert drove me over to my car in his truck. He knew exactly what to do, because he brought his machine to test my fuses. Sure enough a fuse was not making good contact. I was on my way within 2 minutes of him looking at my car. He told me I did not owe him anything. Although, I took my car to his garage to flush my radiator that it so desperately needed, because the coolant was corroded and causing my radiator to leak. After a careful examination, I decided to just replace the whole radiator. Me being a woman, they carefully walked me through explaining and showing me meticulantly in laymans terminology all about my car. They were patient and kind. They did not make me feel like the idiot that I am when it comes to mechanics. Instead, they made me feel confident that they were telling me the truth, so I trusted them to work on my car. They took me and my bicycle home while they worked on my car. They worked on my car until 10:30 P.M. that night to finish the job, because I had to be to work at 2:30 A.M. and they had told me that they would have my car done before I needed it for work. In addition to all that, they delivered my car to me at my home. My car sounded like a baby kitten purring. I promise I believe I even get better gas mileage and my fan is working properly now. After all that on 1/13/13, my car would not start again and it was 7:30 P.M. and I had to be to work at 2:30 A.M. again. Luckily, my car was in my yard though. I called Robert`s Auto Repair. The owner Robert again made a service call to my house at 10:00 P.M. to look at my car at no charge. He discovered that the terminal cables to my battery post were corroded. He got my car running again. He would of fixed my car then, but I told him I would bring it into the garage in the morning to get fixed properly. On 1/14/13, they replaced both terminal cables and only charged me $29.32 even after making an after hour service call. I told them I could not abuse their service and paid them for their service call. However, I know that I did not paid them for what they are worth for they are worth much much more! Anyway, you can not go wrong with these guys, even if you are a woman. They will treat you right with respect. They did not take advantage of someone being mechanically illiterate, but confidently walked, explained and showed the problem with your car. I highly recommend them and will always take my car to them, because I can trust their work and their word.

These guys are through and take pride in their work. I just spent over $2,200 there. $1,300 of that was the cost of parts. It`s not often that parts cost you more than labor. They repaired or replaced a very long laundry list of items that I had been battling with for the past year and a half. Anything from replacing the thermostat to suspension. I dropped it off on a Monday morning. They had it for a 6 days, ... view morebut I didn`t care as long as it got done right the first time. They had it finished up at 8pm on Saturday. Not many car repair establishments stay open that late, if they are open at all on Saturday. I appreciate all of their time and effort, so that I could have it back within the same week. I`ve only owned the car for a little over 2 years and now it drives and rides better than it EVER did. My gas mileage is better to boot. After driving it for a few days something in the suspension had worked loose and it was making a slight clunking noise. I took it back to them on Monday morning, they discovered the issue, fixed it and had it back to me that evening. All work is under warranty (or guaranteed) for the next 12,000 miles or 12 months. If I`m more than 25 miles from their location, the car gets towed to the closest certified repair shop. If anything that they worked on is found faulty, it`s repaired for absolutely free of charge (parts and labor both). Not many shops carry or offer that type of service.

These guys are the best. They ...

These guys are the best. They explained everything my car needed in terms I could understand clearly and their prices can`t be beat. They even gave me a ride home and came to get me when my car was ready. High quality work!! I won`t go anywhere else.
