Terrible service, do NOT buy here!

I purchased a car from this location almost 3 years ago and finally paid it off this week. Buyer beware, this finance company has absolutely no flexibility whatsoever. I have had several bad experiences with them throughout the time I have been paying my loan. This is not the bad part but I must explain this first to explain the problem. They set up your payment due dates to be due on the Saturday after your payd... view moreays. Problem #1 They mistakenly set my due dates on the in between week of my paydays, so instead of being due the Saturday after I get paid they had me to be due to Saturday of the week before my pay week. When I went to them and showed them my check stubs to confirm my paydays they refused to fix it and said that, "it would just keep me ahead on my payments". First of all, that was not the agreement they made with me and I believe it should be my choice if I want to pay them "ahead" or not. Some people like myself have to live from paycheck to paycheck and this did not work out well. After pleading for months they finally changed it. Problem #2 There is absolutely no flexibility in making payments. If you are even one day late you are charged a $15 late fee and God forbid you need to make arrangements to pay any number of days late; they will tell you that their finance company "Progressive Car Finance" does not allow any type of payment arrangements and they will continuosly call you and hound you everyday starting the very first day you are late and after one week will send you a letter saying that they can repo your car. Problem #3 When I first purchased the car and they gave me the key, I asked them for the keyless entry piece and they said that my car did not have one. I was pretty sure that I remembered it being attached to the key ring when I test drove the car. But they insisted that it did not have one and that I must have seen it on a different car that I test drove. Well guess what, when I paid the car off this week and they gave me the title my keyless entry piece magically appeared!!! All this time they lied to me and kept my keyless entry for whatever reason! I assume they kept it thinking it would be easier to repo the car if needed if they had it. But if I can drive it for almost 3 years without it and just a key, then all they needed was the spare key which they also had. I had an all around bad experience with this company and would never ever refer anyone to buy from them. You`d be better off going to Car Mart! Trust the words of wisdom, I`m so glad I finally paid them off!

DONT BUY FROM HERE

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER VEHICLES AT ALL!!!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE ON A CONTRACT THEY DO NOTHING ELSE FOR YOU. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM IN OCTOBER, THE DAY AFTER PURCHASE IT WAS PUT IN THIER SHOP FOR NEW ROTORS PER THIER AGGREEMENT EVERY SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE OUT OF THIS CAR. 6 MONTHS AND $2600.00 IN REPAIRS LATER (NOT INCLUDING PYMTS,TAGS AND DOWN PAYMENT) I AM STILL HAVING P... view moreROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR.
