Took our 2001 Nissan Frontier ...
Very Poor Quality Work / A Rip-Off! Took our 2001 Nissan Frontier in to get the engine rebuilt this past summer. They said it would take a week. We rented a car because the truck was our only transportation. The repairs didn`t take a week, or two weeks, they took 3 weeks - all the while the mechanics kept saying, It will be ready tomorrow. Oh, I mean the next day. And the next... And the next... And while our ... view moretruck was in their shop it was hit by another vehicle rolling off a towtruck. Our insurance had to get involved. Our car rental was about $750 for those 3 weeks on top of the cost of the engine rebuild. Now, here we are less than a year out on this rebuild and the engine is hemorrhaging oil from the cam seals, gaskets, oil pan and oil pump and needed a new water pump. My current mechanic said all the gaskets and seals were cracked and in poor condition. He said the cam seals fell completely out when they were touched. Since Paul`s un-built our engine, I`ve already put about $1,000 into repairing their so-called work. Oh, and there was virtually no warranty or guarantee for any of this. Now I`m racking up another car rental bill because it`s too cold to walk all over the city of Springdale. Thanks, but no thanks. Avoid Paul`s like the Plague that it is. (Where`s the option for negative stars? That is, those that are less than any part of one star?)

Good shop
I have been doing business with this shop for probably about 10 years now.
These guys are not only very knowledgable, equipped, and staffed, they are super nice and helpfull.
I have been to many shops and other business where the staff make you feel like an idiot. Not these guys. They will spend extra time going over complex details, (sometimes wayyyy too complex!) or talking about there coolest, newest, projec... view moret or even firing up Charlie`s race car.
Go see these guys.
