The service staff (Arthur and ...
The service staff (Arthur and Jason) are nice and professional. The service is generally good, but as always, you should be careful and don`t rely on the trust-based system.
There were a couple of times that they scratched and made cuts on the steering wheel of my car. The first time, they were nice and replaced the steering wheel immediately. The second time, not so much. They tried to tell me it was a normal we... view morear and tear until I pointed out the deep cuts on the steering wheel. Eventually, they did replace the steering wheel, but they still did not admit they did it.
To their credit, there was no way to prove that it happened during the service, but I`m 100% sure it happened then, because the cuts were deep and the leather was peeling off. I would have noticed it right away (just as I did when I received the car back).
Then, during the same period when I returned the loaner car I used while they replaced the steering wheel, they told me I damaged the front bumper of the car. I`m not sure if that was a coincident or what, but I did not have the proof otherwise. It was my fault for not inspecting the loaner car before I took it, but the damage certainly did not happen while I was driving. Now, it could have happened when the car was parked when I wasn`t in the car, so I did not fight and just paid for the damage.
The place is nice, clean and is well maintained. The prices for simple services such as oil change are reasonable.
To sum it up, if you live in the NWA area, this is the only Acura dealer around. The overall service is good. But as always, be sure to take time to inspect the loaner car with the staff before you take off to avoid any misunderstanding or damages that did not occur during the rental period. Also inspect your car before you drive off and point any issues out to the staff.
