I agree 100% to what the other commenter said. I have spent over $3000 trying to correct the BIG problems caused by Al Capone`s., and yeah, they deny everything. I have talked with several other mechanics, who have told me they have a whole list of Al Capone`s screw-ups that they are working on...... trying to fix. They claimed they put a new part in our car, yet no auto shop in the area has any record of it, ... view more and one reputable auto part store said it looked like a salvage part from a salvage yard, yet I was charged dearly. Kinda makes me wonder if they kept the old part in the car to begin with, since it looked rather old and a little rusty when we looked at it recently. Even the receipt said WATER PUMP, and that`s not even the part we supposedly had replaced. I was in O`Reillys recently and overheard a couple other customers talking about how terrible they are. Hopefully Al Capone`s will go out of business soon. You would have better luck getting the REAL Al Capone!

shabby work, more problems comming out than I had going in,dinied causing more problems, over charged for parts, would make the real al capone proud.I`ll never be back.
