This upholstery shop is the best auto shop, of ANY kind, that I have had the pleasure of working with. I drive a Volvo SUV and do a lot of driving and a lot of hauling of various things. My seats ripped due to so much wear and tear and I have searched high and low for a shop that I trust, or that would even touch a Volvo because of its complexity. I live in Springfield, MO, but drove to Bentonville to have my car wor... view moreked on. I met with the owner on multiple occasions to make sure that my seats were something that he could fix. Not only did he completely redo the front seats, he and his team made to sure to include every single detail of original stitching that the seats had. He even ordered specific material that would match the existing interior of the car (dashboard, doors, etc.) Never in my life did I expect that. I don`t even think a Volvo Dealer would have provided that amount of attention to detail. I am flabbergasted (in a great way) at the professionalism and work that this company gave me and my vehicle. You better believe that I will take my car back down there for them to redo the back set of seats.

If you are looking for a place to fix your car upholstery...this is the best place in town to go! I recently had my 2003 Honda Pilot leather seat bottoms replaced because one of the seats was torn. Wow, it isn`t very often that ...

The very best. Wow, it isn`t very often that you get something fixed on your car and it is BETTER than new. But, that is exactly what happened when I had my headliner replaced at Ashley upholstery services! I have a 1997 BMW 840ci (kind of a rare car). I had to take it to someone that would be very thoughtful and careful, because there are a lot of pieces that you can break that are no longer longer available. ... view more Bob took some detailed directions I printed and went step by step to make sure it was perfect when they were finished, and with no broken clips or other pieces. Perfect color, material and detail. I thought I was going to have to go to Dallas to get this kind of quality work done, but when it comes to upholstery, you have the best right here in Bentonville.

My daughter saw a padded headboard on Pinterest and wanted to make one just like it. She needed the snap on buttons they recommended on Pinterest for the tufted areas and could not find them so she stopped by Ashley Upholstery to see if they had them. They did but Bob told her that wasn`t really the best way to do it because she would have problems with the buttons popping off and made her some solid buttons with hea... view morevy duty string attached to the buttons. She drilled holes in the wood and pulled the string through and attached that way which caused it to have the tufted look she was looking for. The reason I wrote this review is she is in college and money is tight, the way Bob recommended was cheaper than the way they recommended on Pinterest and better. This place could have sold her the more expensive buttons but they sold her the best buttons. Thank You Bob!

The workmanship is second to none. Bob did my 64 Chevy ss, and done a wonderful job. It takes time, because he is so busy, but the wait is well worth it. If you are looking for an interior job for your car, don`t go anywhere else. Bob has taught most of the Interior guys in this area how to install interiors. This place rocks! I had Bob do my 28 Chevy 2 door sedan. He did a one off simple but super great interior for me. He is very busy and may take a bit longer BUT the end result is worth the wait ! I would recommend his work to everyone. Cost? Very low cost for what I got.
