You are looking at a beautiful 2007 Sky Red Line Turbo with only 52k original miles.  Autocheck is clear and miles are verified, no accident history.  This is a California car, it's never been in snow and has no corrosion.   The car is a 5 speed and has the 2.0 Turbo Engine with 260 horses!  Overall the car is in excellent condition and everything is in great shape.  I just took it on a good 100 mile drive today and it performed perfectly and is very quick.  The turbo boosts like it should and this car is a joy to drive!  Please call me at 949  2  8  5  -  8  0  1  1  with questions.

Exterior wise the car looks excellent, I would rate it about a 9 out of 10.  Top is in very good shape and goes up and down perfectly. Has the factory rear wing and dual exhaust. 18" Chrome wheels look excellent and have minimal curb rash.  Goodyear tires are in very good shape.

Interior wise, the car looks excellent, about a 9.5 out of 10.  Seats look perfect as well as carpet and original floor mats.  There are no foul odors in this car and it is obvious the previous owner took excellent care of this Sky.  All electrical and mechanical works inside the car and you won't be dissapointed! Look at the photos the interior speaks for itself!  Has onstar and steering wheel controls. On board computer shows, outside temperature, Boost pressure, Tire Pressure, Oil Temp, Coolant Temp and more, pretty cool!   Has CD player with AUX input and XM Radio.

Mechanically, the 2.0 Turbo engine runs smooth and quiet.  The Red Line comes with factory intercooler and built in boost gauge so you can keep your eye on the turbo pressure!   I don't think there will be any complaints about this car as it runs and drives very nice.  No warning lights, no funny noises to worry about.   The car shifts perfectly and the clutch feels excellent.    Has Goodyear Eagle RS tires all around and they have at least 70% remaining, the car rides smooth and handles excellent.   The brake rotors are smooth and there is over 80% pad remaining.

This is a nice Redline and will be a great deal! Act quickly if you want the car!  Call me at 949  2  8  5  -   8  0 1  1

Clever video selling Saturn Ion "sex machine" will catch your eye

Thu, 28 Feb 2013

"When I think of the most impressive, industry changing, earth shattering vehicles of recent history, the first car that comes to my mind is the 2004 Saturn Ion Coupe." So says Brad Holt of Dallas, Texas. And he's right, clearly. One look at the specific specimen Holt is selling will be enough to convince you that the car "will absolutely tickle every one of your fancies," as claimed by the seller himself.
We suggest you watch the video below to see just how perfectly Holt's sex machine will fit into your life. The end result will no doubt be exactly as Holt ends his video: "You need it. Like a lot." You can also read more info from Brad in an interview here. If only our offices were a little closer to Dallas...

GM calling in 56k Saturn Aura sedans over shift cables

Thu, 08 May 2014

General Motors may have made a few mistakes when it came to the whole ignition-switch debacle, and it will likely be dealing with the consequences for some time to come. But you have to hand it to Mary Barra and her team, because they're determined to clean house and avoid the same mistakes. That's why the biggest of the Big Three automakers in Detroit has been issuing recalls left, right and Renaissance Center. Aside from those vehicles fitted with the faulty ignition switches, GM has recalled over 50,000 Cadillac SRXs, another 50 heavy-duty pickups and some 51,000 full-size crossovers. There are bound to be more to come, and now it's issued another 50k-unit recall over faulty shift cables in the transmission.
The recall affects 2007 and 2008 Saturn Auras fitted with the four-speed automatic transmission manufactured between April 24, 2006, and October 31, 2007. The recall doesn't affect models equipped with the six-speed automatic, or for that matter any of the Aura's Epsilon platform-mates like the Chevy Malibu, Pontiac G6, Opel Signum and Vectra, Saab 9-3 or - carrying over from Fiat's aborted partnership with GM - the Fiat Croma, although many of those models used the same 4T40 transmission employed in the Aura.
In the affected vehicles, the shift cable might fracture while in motion, preventing the transmission from shifting into Park or the ignition from switching off, which the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration figures could lead to the car rolling away. Hence the recall of 56,214 units in the United States, owners of which can expect to hear from their dealership in due course to have the necessary components replaced.

Report: Saturn owners offered $2,000 to stick with GM products

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

After its decision to euthanize Oldsmobile, General Motors knows exactly what happens when it mothballs one of its brands: GM loses market share to the competition. The General is trying to stop history from repeating itself with Saturn customers by offering $2,000 on the hood of every car and crossover donning the ringed planet badge. Automotive News says the offer actually started on February 2 and runs until the end of March. To be eligible for the $2,000 bounty Saturn owners must have leased or purchased their Saturn at least six months ago. Interestingly, those owners don't even have to turn in their Saturn to be eligible for the cash.
AN reports that research company R.L. Polk says even before Saturn went on the endangered species list, it lagged other GM nameplates in the all-important aspect of customer retention. The mass exodus from Saturn loyalty predictably intensified at the end of 2008 as customers became anxious over the future of the brand. For its part, GM insists that all Saturn warranties will be upheld and customers looking for service can still go to a GMC, Chevy, Buick or Cadillac dealership.
