Here I have this Outlook and it's in excellent condition. It is holding a salvage title, but from no major damages, and no frame damage what so ever. No, no, no, it wasn't a victim on Sandy (flood) either. I have purchased this vehicle at 45K miles. I will revert with pictures before in which was not bad at all. Still had dealership stickers on the windows. Don't know why it was classified as salvage vehicle when nothing was damaged actually. In any event, this SUV is fully powered, digital dash, leather interior, dual exhaust, and the motor is in dealership condition with original manufacturers stickers still visible. Car drives very well, and with no flaws. It comes with the following:
This vehicle has been serviced very well since I have brought it, and is ready to go. All fluid(s) checked along with full maintenance check by a GMC Dealership. Vehicle is all original without no OEM parts or aftermarket accessories. I like to keep things original. I have all receipts for maintenance covering all aspects of vehicle life. Also this vehicle passed NJDMV Inspection without any hassles, and holding a new valid New Jersey Title. Car is being driven and the performance is great with a smooth ride. Many of these models with crazy high mile and are asking roughly the same price, but with this one holding original 46K miles, really is a good price. Will slightly negotiate if you're real! No B.S. games here, or dreamers. Any reasonable offers would be considered. Reason selling, too big for my wife, and lost my family. Seeking something more suitable for us. If you have any questions, feel free in reaching out to me. |

First GM ignition switch trial dismissed
Fri, Jan 22 2016Robert Scheuer has agreed to dismiss his ignition switch claims against General Motors to bring a sudden stop to the first federal trial over the automaker's faulty parts. The lawsuit was the first of six cases that were a bellwether to set a precedent in the complaints. Scheuer didn't receive any financial settlement from GM, according to Reuters. Scheuer alleged that he was injured when his 2003 Saturn Ion went off the road and hit the tree. The airbag didn't deploy, which Scheuer claimed was the result of the faulty ignition switch. GM originally attempted to dismiss the trial over a lack of evidence, but US District Judge Jesse Furman set a January 11 start date for the case. During the trial, GM's attorneys accused Scheuer and his wife of lying and presented evidence of an allegedly altered check stub that they used to purchase a house. Scheuer's defense had claimed that the family was evicted from the home after memory loss from the accident caused Robert to lose the down payment check. After the allegations, Furman pushed for a settlement. He called the trial an "outlier" and "almost worthless as a bellwether case," according to Bloomberg. The next of the six trials begins in March, Reuters reports. Related Video:
Honda wins Commercial of the Decade, but not for the ad you think [w/VIDEO]
Fri, 18 Dec 2009Honda's Commercial of the Decade: "Grrr" - Click above to watch video
The mad men at Adweek recently voted for the Commercial of the Decade (Super Bowl commercials not included) and Honda took top honors over memorable ads from the last ten years by companies like Nike, Budweiser and Sony. That's not a big surprise considering Honda often puts a huge amount of effort into its on-air spots. However, the Japanese automaker didn't win for the commercial you might have expected: "Cog." Though Honda's famous commercial that breaks down a European Accord Tourer into a Rube Goldberg-esque machine was also a finalist, it was beaten by another Honda commercial called "Grrr" that's narrated by Garrison Keillor of all people. You've probably never seen it, but you can after the jump.
Volkswagen also made the list of finalists, but the particular ad chosen out of all the comical VW ads we've seen was unexpected as well. Most surprising carmaker with a commercial in the finals: Saturn. Who knew...
Report: Saturn owners offered $2,000 to stick with GM products
Mon, 15 Feb 2010After its decision to euthanize Oldsmobile, General Motors knows exactly what happens when it mothballs one of its brands: GM loses market share to the competition. The General is trying to stop history from repeating itself with Saturn customers by offering $2,000 on the hood of every car and crossover donning the ringed planet badge. Automotive News says the offer actually started on February 2 and runs until the end of March. To be eligible for the $2,000 bounty Saturn owners must have leased or purchased their Saturn at least six months ago. Interestingly, those owners don't even have to turn in their Saturn to be eligible for the cash.
AN reports that research company R.L. Polk says even before Saturn went on the endangered species list, it lagged other GM nameplates in the all-important aspect of customer retention. The mass exodus from Saturn loyalty predictably intensified at the end of 2008 as customers became anxious over the future of the brand. For its part, GM insists that all Saturn warranties will be upheld and customers looking for service can still go to a GMC, Chevy, Buick or Cadillac dealership.
