This is same GM platform as GMC Acadia, Buick Enclave and Chevrolet Traverse. The Outlook is in great condition. Very few blemishes. I have owned since 2010. Gets 16mpg city and around 22 highway.

Great family vehicle! If you get this financed for 60 months, payment would probably be around $270 a month at a local credit union! This car had an MSRP of over $40,000 new! I am not a dealer and cannot finance for you.

NADA retail- $16,475
KBB private party- $13,913 in good condition.

I don't think you will find one cleaner anywhere near the price! Always used Mobil 1 oil.

Winters coming. All wheel drive works great. Drives perfect. New Va. state inspection.

Test drives welcome but serious buyers only please.

Where else will you find DVD , leather, 7 passenger, moonroof, low miles, great condition, for this price? Don't pay dealer prices or processing fees. This is the one.

I have a payoff on vehicle with local credit union. Buyer must go with me to Member1 credit union for payment. They may do your financing also if local. They are great to deal with . I will pay balance in full on mine with your payment and credit union will process release of title to you. Title process should be quick being local bank. May take a couple days but I will assist with the speed of the process. If financing with mem one, would probably be no delay at all. We would just have to work together with them.

Need to sell! Come look and drive and you will want this one! Make offer, gotta go! If out of state, I will speak to bank and see when title can be ready before you come. We will work it out. Look at my feedback, I am an honest seller and buyer on ebay.

No warranty given or implied. Test drives and inspections are welcome and encouraged. I don't think you will be disappointed in any way. Buyer Is responsible for shipping or pick up in person within 10 days. Deposit of $500 required when buy it now is used or if a lesser offer is accepted.

Recalled Saturn Ion facing separate federal safety probe

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

General Motors may be staring down another recall campaign for one of its models already embroiled in its high-profile ignition recall. The 2003-2007 Saturn Ion is already among the 1.6-million vehicles being recalled for faulty ignition switches, and now new light is being shed on a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation over 2004-2007 models centering on a loss of power steering.
The government safety regulator has received 846 complaints about the problem and claims that GM has had 3,489 reports of failure. Of those cases, there have been 16 accidents and 2 injuries reported, according to Automotive News. While NHTSA has been conducting an investigation since September 2011, no recall has been issued yet.
The inquiry's length was brought to light by an organization called the National Legal and Policy Center that alleges GM and NHTSA have known about the problem but are delaying a recall. It has sent a letter to CEO Mary Barra asking "to recall Saturn Ions for the model years 2004 through 2007 without further delay." The letter in question is available in full on the group's website.

GM ignition switch trial cleared to begin on January 11

Sat, Jan 2 2016

US District Judge Jesse Furman didn't accept General Motor's attempt to dismiss a civil trial over the automaker's faulty ignition switches, and set a January 11 start date for the case to begin, according to Reuters. The judge found that plaintiff Robert Scheuer had the evidence to proceed with the case. Scheuer was injured in an accident in his 2003 Saturn Ion in 2014 when another vehicle forced him off the road, and he crashed into some trees. The airbag didn't deploy, and Scheuer alleged this was the result of the faulty ignition switch. According to Reuters, Scheuer's trial is one of six bellwether cases over GM's ignition switch problem in the coming year. Juries' decisions in these lawsuits should provide an example of how similar trials could end, and these results would help The General decide whether to settle other pending cases or to keep fighting them. The ignition switch fiasco has already cost GM billions. For example, the company's compensation program offered $594.5 million in 399 cases of people killed or injured by the defective parts. Anyone that accepted this money agreed not to sue GM for the problem later. The company also came to a $900 million criminal settlement with the US government and paid $575 million in civil resolutions in September.

Report: GM temporarily restarts Saturn Outlook, Hummer H3 production

Even though both the Saturn and Hummer brands are being phased out, General Motors has reportedly revived production of both the Outlook crossover and H3 SUV to meet consumer demands.
Last month, GM assembled 1,037 Outlooks at its Lansing, Michigan facility, which is where the crossover's Lamda platform stablemates (Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia) are built. A spokesperson for GM states that production was reinstated to utilize the rest of the Saturn-specific material at the facility, and that the automaker will continue to assemble the Outlook for a few more weeks.
