2007 Saab 9-5 Aero,blue, Leather,sensors,xenon,sunroof,memory,clean Car Fax on 2040-cars
Hollywood, Florida, United States
Up for sale is a 2007 Saab 9-5 2.3T in very good condition. Finished in a Fusion Blue Metallic exterior and a Parchment interior the car looks very elegant. Wood interior trims and many features that include all electric seats, XM Radio, Harmon Kardon Sound System.
The interior is in extremely clean condition, leather has no tears, I have taken good care of the leather. The rear seat has been rarely used and looks great. Clean black carpet and comes with OEM All Weather floor mats which I bought about a year ago. This Saab is mechanically sound, runs and drives very smooth. Comes with a 260 hp turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine, a five-speed automatic with manual gear selection in the steering wheel. Safety features include all-disc antilock brakes, traction control, an electronic stability system, front side-impact airbags, and active front head restraints. Currently has 143,440 miles on it, all highway miles. I am no longer driving it every day this is why I am selling it. It has been a very good commuter car for me. I am the second owner of this vehicle and have meticulously mantained it. Oil/filter has been changed every 5k miles. Some of the recent work done on the vehicle is the following (done in the last 10k miles) Installed Complete Front & Rear Brakes Installed (2) New TOYO Front Tires Installed a new Ignition Cassette Installed a NEW Throttle Body Installed a NEW Power Steering Pump Replaced Idler Pulley & Timing Tensioner Replaced the main motor & transmission mounts Replaced the Headlight Level Sensor Replaced the A/C Expansion Valve + Freon Recharge Replaced the Cabin Air Filter Transmission serviced new fluid added. This Saab has a clean Car Fax, never been in any type of accident. Has some dings, dents and road rash. Basically it's what you can expect from a car that has been driven for 7 years. I have all the original papers, some of the dealer service papers from the original owner. Comes with 2 keys all owners manuals and original window sticker. |

Rare 9-5 SportCombi, 9-4X models being sold off in Saab asset auction
Mon, 03 Dec 2012Saab lovers take notice. Swedish auction house KVD has some ultra rare Saab products on the block, and we're not talking about a 1950s Saab 92. Up for auction are a bunch of low-mileage Saab models being sold off as part of the bankrupted automaker's assets. Included in the lot of cars are models like the 2012 9-5 SportCombi (above), the 2012 9-4X (shown below) and even a 9-5 sedan driven by Victor Muller himself.
Discovered by PistonHeads, this Saab auction has numerous 9-5 SportCombi and 9-4X models, which should prove to be very rare cars. Only a small number of 9-4Xs were ever sold, and Saab closed up shop before the 9-5 SportCombi could even go on sale here. In addition to the rarity, many of the cars have fewer than 10 miles on their odometers and seemingly low reserve prices; a 9-4X 3.0 XWD Premium with just six miles has a current bid of 180,000 Swedish Krona (just over $27,000 USD) that has already met the reserve price. Some of the cars still have the protective factory shipping tape covering up the interior and exterior.
Other than the rare SportCombis and 9-4Xs being auctioned off, there's also a sharp 2012 9-3 Cabriolet with 11 miles on the clock and a V8-powered 2006 Saab 9-7X with just 3,003 miles.
Autoblog sell-it-yourself highlight: 2004 Saab 9-5 Aero Wagon
Tue, Apr 25 2017Want to sell your car? We make it safe, easy and free. Quickly create listings with up to 6 photos. Reach - literally - millions of buyers. Log in and create your free listings. In a recent Autoblog sampling of 10 pre-owned choices at least 10 years old and selling for under $10K, an Autoblog editor gave a shout-out to Saab's 9-5. And who could blame him? Despite its departure from the US market and subsequent closure as an automaker, Saab's brand still resonates among a committed core of enthusiasts. The Saab 9-5, available in both sedan and wagon variants, was the upper model of a two-model lineup; the 9-3 sedan sat below it, while the GM-sourced 9-7 SUV didn't appear until 2005. Both the sedan and wagon 9-5 were surprisingly roomy, and the Aero variant, pictured here, incredibly fast. This for-sale example, located in North Carolina, is at 176,000 miles a well-used example in need of (at least) a repaint. But this is the perfect color combination, plus a combo of sport and utility. Buy it for around $2K, hold another $5,000 in reserve to cover the obvious needs, and you can enjoy a distinctive piece of practical and powerful transportation. Related Video:
Greetings from Trollhattan. I'm Emily, but I'm not a Saab.
Sat, Apr 29 2023What’s Swedish for “never give up”? Saab, apparently. The fondly-remembered car company formerly called just that — and now named NEVS — is only a shell, employing just a limited crew in the land of trolls. But itÂ’s got something to sell, and that something seems like it's really something. ItÂ’s called Emily. The Emily GT exists as six prototype electric cars, according to NEVS, with a combined horsepower rating (per car) of 484 powered by an enormous 175-kilowatt lithium-ion battery thatÂ’s good for 600 miles of range. In development almost since Saab's demise — the company, once owned by General Motors, was closed down in 2010 — the Emily is a very real product and needs a real sponsor, according to NEVS CEO Nina Selander, speaking to Carup. “It is for sale, it is also a joy to be able to show it. It should be allowed to live on, itÂ’s too nice, too good and too modern a car for nothing to come of it. Interested parties are welcome,” she said. Photos of the car show a modern, forward-thrust profile with handsome lines, a look similar to the last Saab 9-5 and VolvoÂ’s S60 (must be a Swedish thing) and a fashionable, sci-fi-ish interior. A hopeful engineer on the project estimates that the car is less than two years away from some kind of series production, but according to the modest NEVS website, the company is currently in “hibernation” even as it continues to solicit buyers for the Emilys. Said Peter Dahl, the Emily project manager, “Many have asked us what we have been doing for 10 years. We have developed 13 different car projects, this is one of them.” Related video: Volvo Saab Automotive History Electric Future Vehicles Classics
