for The Bowes Builder Corporation in 1955 to their specifications. This is a very well known Silver Dawn amongst the Rolls Royce community. It is a US
spec delivery with Left Hand Drive on what is the very last Silver Dawn chassis ever produced & the only "Lightweight" Silver Dawn made by H.J.Mulliner.
Known as "LSVJ133", it was made by H.J.Mulliner & Co.Ltd. to a design that took the rather bland steel Silver Dawn platform to the next iconic level in
Rolls Royce's future designs. Made from hand formed Aluminum, its become one of the Sportiest Saloons ever produced. Its Shell Gray over Black Pearl
Coachwork is absolutly breathtaking. Its Cream Leather interior is stunning. It is equipped as follows from its original Build Sheet: It has a very rare,
huge Factory sliding Sunroof. It has an optional picnic set containing a lunchbox, plates, thermos & matching silverware mounted in a sliding access door
inside the drivers door. It has a crystal decanter & set of 4 shot glasses (missing 1) in the front passenger door, also inside a sliding access door.
It has a set of back seat wooden picnic tables mounted behind the front seat. It still retains it's original notebook, comb & accessories mounted in

An Indian businessman lived up to Dubai's wild reputation last week when he dropped a cool $9 million on a single-digit license plate for his Rolls-Royce. According to the Independent, Balwinder Sahani, an Indian-born property developer living in Dubai, won plate number D5 at a government auction on Saturday, October 29. This isn't the first time Sahani has scored a coveted low-number plate at auction, either. The self-proclaimed 'simple man' spent nearly $7 million dollars on plate O9 at an auction last year for his other Rolls-Royce, and picked up a second, unnamed plate at Saturday's auction for a piddling $272 thousand. Sahani considers the money he spends collecting license plates a form of charity and public service. Dubai has no income tax, and the money spent chasing elite license plates goes directly to Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority. This content is hosted by a third party. Single digit license plates are highly sought after as status symbols by the rich and powerful in the UAE, and the lower the number the higher the price. BMW Group has made some changes to its design team since August 1, and has shuffled top personnel to different positions at BMW Design, Mini Design and Rolls-Royce.
The BMW Design team led by Karim Habib (middle, right) gains a new head of Exterior Design in Domagoj Dukec (right), who has worked for the exterior design team since 2010 and shaped the Concept Active Tourer.
Oliver Heilmer (left), who has worked for BMW's interior design unit since 2000 and designed the 5 Series interior, replaces Marc Girard as head of Interior Design BMW Automobiles. Marc Girard goes to manage BMW's subsidiary design group, BMW DesignworksUSA.

After shadowy images of the 2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith in profile and of the car's rump, the slow striptease of this hyper-luxury coupe finally starts to show us what the inside of the car will look like. We'll get our up-close look at the 2014 Wraith at the Geneva Motor Show on March 5th, but to tide us over until then, Rolls-Royce has provided a pair of images showing just some of the details that will be present inside.
Promising the interior of an "ultra-luxury yacht," the Wraith will get plenty of soft leather and real wood paneling, and as we suspected, this car will share a lot of interior bits with its sedan counterpart, the Rolls-Royce Ghost. We can somewhat see this from the second image provided showing the placement of the clock and the air vents that look almost identical to what can be seen currently on the Ghost. On the Wraith, though, the clock's hands feature "Blood Orange" tips, which not only contrast the high-gloss, piano black finish of this instrument panel but also is designed to pay homage to the aviation side of Rolls-Royce.
