You are looking at one of the most beautiful 1988 Rolls Royce Corniche II in the Santa Barbara, CA area. This is not just my opinion, but throughout the years I have owned this car, I received countless thumbs up, positive comments and had great conversations about it. So be assured that you will get a lot of attention when cruising around in this beauty.
This Rolls Royce Corniche II was produced in May 1987 onward and delivered to the first proud owner on December 15, 1987. I was able to buy it from a car collector in Beverly Hills, CA on October 9, 1997 with 30,492 miles on it. In my 16 years of ownership, I have always used this dependable limousine as one of my 4 every day cars. So the mileage added up a little. However, this Rolls Royce has always been pampered. All service and maintenance work was performed by Rolls Royce certified professionals and I have all the records . The car was always garaged and only saw rain few times. Needless to mention that this a non-smoking car and there were never any pets in it.
This Rolls Royce Corniche II just passed the smog check and was serviced.
It also comes with brand new white-wall tires. However, I prefer the slick look of black tires, the white-walls are turned to the inside. If you prefer white-walls, just reverse the tires.
The whole leather interior has been renewed by Rolls Royce certified professionals including 2 new original front seats.
The burl-wood received a touch-up too and looks like original new. The steering wheel is a signed E. Nardi master piece.
The plush dark blue lambswool rugs are also original.
The dark blue leather top is in absolute perfect condition.
The whole car had a extensive buff-up job last months and is sparkling.
The Alpine sound system is smart phone capable and has the HDMI-cable to plug it in. If you prefer wireless, there is also a Belkin system available in this car.
If you have any question about this gorgeous Rolls Royce Convertible, please do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail or cell phone. Trendixusa@msn.com //// 805 452 4853.

Rolls-Royce is officially in the SUV business
Wed, Feb 18 2015This might be the most brand-appropriate announcement ever for a previously unthinkinable vehicle, complete with a press release titled like a royal edict. After saying a month ago that it would decide on building an mixed-terrain hauler by the end of the year, Rolls-Royce issued a press release entitled, "An Open Letter from the Chairman and Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars on the Subject of a New Rolls-Royce." Let's hold on a second while the sound of trumpets dies down. Nowhere among its 453 words will you find the acronym "SUV," nor the words "sport" or "utility." You will find talk of "an all-new Rolls-Royce," "a high-bodied car, with an all-new aluminum architecture," "a vehicle that can cross any terrain," and references to Lawrence of Arabia traversing mountain ranges and "the vastness of unexplored deserts" and the founders' "rigorous overland adventures," complete with sepia photos. And then there's this: "History sets our precedent and our future calls us to action." Let's hold on a second while the applause dies down. We don't know when we'll see it - Rolls-Royce says it plans to take its time getting it right, to create a vehicle that is "Effortless ... Everywhere." We would believe any date we read about, though; not even two years ago we were told a Rolls-Royce SUV hadn't even been discussed since such a vehicle couldn't fit into the brand ethos, not even a year ago the company's head designer had narrowed it down to "a shooting brake, not a crossover with a sloping roof. A proper SUV," with the Ghost platform for support and a speculated release date of 2017. If they brought a near-production-ready sample to the Frankfurt Motor Show this year, we wouldn't be surprised. We sincerely hope that, like the image, it comes with a man to shovel any obstacles out of the way. Gather round the dais and enjoy the press release below. It's a whole new world. Since then, we have set a new benchmark for what a super-luxury car should be – unique, hand-crafted, beautiful and rare. Often imitated, Phantom has never been equalled and continues to be hailed as 'The Best Car in the World' by our customers and media alike.
Question of the Day: What's the greatest British car ever?
Fri, Jul 15 2016The British automotive industry has produced everything from high-production econo-commuters to staggeringly luxurious oligarch-wagons, along the way winning plenty of races and building plenty of beautiful machines. The original Mini led directly to the past half-century of transverse-engine, front-wheel-drive cars built everywhere, the MGB put the sporty little convertible into everyone's reach, and the Morris Oxford became the most beloved motor vehicle in India. So many to choose from, but we want you to pick one. What will it be? Related Video:
Rolls-Royce Cullinan configurator delivers a near-bespoke experience
Tue, May 29 2018Earlier this month we configured a McLaren Senna with the assistance of two representatives of McLaren Special Operations. In that piece we wrote about few chances there are for the online "shopper" to get a feel for the coachbuilt experience; the Ferrari LaFerrari configurator offered just three color options, for instance, and Bugatti removed the few variables it presented for the Chiron. McLaren didn't build a public configurator for the Senna. It's the Rolls-Royce Cullinan to the rescue — at least for now — with a brand new configurator that can keep you busy for hours. The Cullinan configurator lists seven categories: Inspired Specs, Exterior Style, Exterior Options, Interior Style, Interior Options, Personalization, and Accessories. Inspired Specs comprises eight themes, such as the sassy Urban (Hero), and the self-evident Wellness or Indulgence. To play outside the lines, go to Exterior style to choose one of 16 colors, 23 Coachlines (pinstripes) in single or double lines, seven wheels, and two wheel detail options — whether or not to have the wheel centers matched to the body color. Polish the exterior details with four options for the Spirit of Ecstasy, a satin silver hood, or a tow hitch. View 30 Photos Take a breather and a cup of Lady Grey tea, then dive in again with the interior, starting with six potential "schemes" or a bespoke interior module. We haven't worked out the permutations, but you can create a wildly large number of different cabins with the 20 different interior colors. The seats alone offer color choices for the inserts, gussets, inners, main body, and valance and seat backs. You can specify a color for the sun visors. Harley Quinn would love it. And after all that, you've still got three more categories to work though. We chose a Cullinan in Anthracite, with a double coachline in Creme Light, on 22-inch wheels, and with a trailer hitch — to tow our Icon A5 amphibious plane, because we already have a Ford F-450 Super Duty for the boat. A Tan interior mixed with Seashell accents should be a fine place to hear nothing of the outside world thanks to Rolls-Royce's sandwiched windows. But we're considering going with Ardent Red instead, so we'll see you over at the configurator. Related Video:
