Randolph, New Jersey, United States
Just like the title says, I have a 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie for sale. This truck was purchased New, by me, in February of 2012. It has every option that was available on these trucks except for the rear seat entertainment. This truck was and still is my dream truck. There is still a small lien on the truck. The truck was built to be a reliable 600hp daily driver. Everything was done right from the beginning. Never Smoked In! Never driven in the snow. Never was in an accident. The truck was mainly driven to truck shows and short road trips and to haul my 24' boat. 27xxx Miles Every Factory Option... -Heated/Cooled Leather Seats -NAV, Sirius, Bluetooth, DVD/CD, backup camera (unlocked via H&S software) -Remote Start -Towing Package -Cold Weather Package -Protection Package -Center Console Shifter conversion (like the 1500's) -20% Tint on front windows (Every option that was available at time of purchase is on the truck) Now for the good stuff... -H&S Mini Max with MCC (custom tunes by Tom @ Anarchy Diesel) -Arson III Cp3 with 100hp Industrial Injection Nozzles -Glacier Diesel grid heater delete w/ relocation, S-3 Intake manifold, 3.5" boost tube -FASS Titanium 165 (factory fuel filter delete) -Holset HE451ve turbo with Steed Speed Manifold (this turbo is the big brother to the factory turbo) Lots of potential in this setup!! -Isspro Factory Match Gauges- Boost, Rail Pressure, and Fuel Pressure -Fleece ManTake intake elbow -4" Downpipe to 5" Straight Pipe exhaust -Suncoast M3GA 68 Comp -DNR Head Studs -Hamilton Push Rods and Valve Springs -Flight Fab Traction Bars -4" Pure Performance Triple Threat Lift with the 2.0 Prodigy Shocks -Tough Country Long Arms -22x12 (-44 offset) Fuel Nutz Wheels wrapped in 35x12.5 Toyo Open Country MT's (60%+ Tread) Two of the rims have been "curbed" but have been touched up. -Steering box brace with Bilstein Steering Stabilizer -Linex Bedliner with UWS toolbox and an Agricover Access Bed Cover -JL Stealthbox Sub with an Alpine M450 Amp -AMP Research Steps -Color matched front and rear bumpers -2013 Projector Headlamps with 6000k HIDS Probably forgetting a couple things so feel free to ask questions. The truck was built by myself and everything was done right. Its been nothing but good to me over the past couple years. Everything works as it should with no issues and has been 100% reliable. If you are not familiar with any of the items listed above I highly recommend you do some research to get a feel for what has actually been done to the truck. Im not the type of person to add up every penny I've spent building this truck. Kelly Blue Book and NADA both value the truck in Stock form at $46,000+...To put this truck into perspective the transmission alone is $9,000+. Please feel free to ask questions... The price in my opinion is very fair and fairly firm... Justin 973-906-8007 |

2015 Ram Promaster City is ready to take a load off [w/videos]
Thu, 26 Jun 2014There are a few segments of the auto industry that are growing rapidly. Weirdly, though, one of the most notable is the compact cargo van market. What use to be the sole terrain of the Ford Transit Connect and the occasional Dodge Grand Caravan-based Ram C/V Tradesman is becoming a notable battleground. Nissan has dove headfirst into the market with its NV200, which will also be sold as a Chevrolet City Express and Ford recently released a heavily redesigned, more user friendly Transit Connect. Now, Ram is releasing its entry into the compact cargo segment.
Like the Transit Connect and NV, the all-new Ram ProMaster City is billed as a diet version of the full-sized workhorse van, the ProMaster. Also like its big brother, the 2015 ProMaster City is based off a commercial offering from Fiat Professional, the Doblò (the full-size ProMaster is based on the Fiat Ducato).
But while the ProMaster gets a pair of six-cylinder engines and a wide array of wheelbase and roof heights, the ProMaster City is simpler. The sole engine choice is the familiar 2.4-liter, Tigershark four-cylinder that's found in the vehicles Fiat Chrysler's compact-wide platform, such as the Chrysler 200, Dodge Dart and Jeep Cherokee. Power output sits at 178 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. According to Ram, the ProMaster City boasts class-leading output and can sprint to 60 in 9.8 seconds. Perhaps knowing that's a ridiculous stat in a cargo van, Ram also cites a more useful 3.7-second run from zero to 30 miles per hour. The Tigershark sends its power through a nine-speed automatic transmission to the front wheels.
Ram 1500 mule caught sporting Mega Cab configuration
Mon, Aug 1 2016Our intrepid spy photographers have once again captured an unusual test mule out in the wild. This time we have a Ram 1500 that looks a little lengthy in the middle. We're pretty certain this is a 1500 and not a heavy duty model judging from the grille and hood. That said, FCA clearly went to great lengths to hide the cab. It's still clear that the rear section is longer than your typical quad cab, leading us to believe that the Mega Cab option will return to the 1500 line. Other interesting details are the covered tailgate and the Chrysler steering wheel in the interior. We're not entirely sure why it's covered up, as it doesn't appear to have a different function, but there could be some styling tweaks for a new trim level. The one part we can see is the tailgate handle, which may reveal some updated camera abilities as the normal location shows a differently shaped camera lens. There are also two small spots that could be cameras, but it's tough to say for sure. Will we see 360-degree imaging on the next Ram? The steering wheel is an unusual inclusion as well. Our photographer suggests that it could be necessary for using the latest UConnect infotainment system. Other than the wheel though, the interior looks identical to the current model. This updated cab option also leaves us wondering about the future of the Ram line. We have documentation that shows FCA plans to launch some type of refreshed Ram for the 2018 model year. So it's possible we're looking at an early test mule for that updated model, and the new cab option could be launched at the same time. In many ways, this Ram brings up more questions than answers.
