2011 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab Pickup 4-door 5.7l 4wd on 2040-cars
O'Fallon, Missouri, United States
1-Owner Truck - Clean Carfax Vehicle Information: One owner 2011 RAM RAM 1500 VIN: 1D7RV1CT3BS537463 CREW PICKUP 5.7L V8 SFI OHV 16V 4 WHEEL DRIVE
The option list is as follows:
The truck looks stunning and the body is straight. The truck was involved in a minor accident
involving the front driver side two years ago.
The truck was repaired by the Dodge dealer I purchased it from using all
new factory parts. The paint work done
was to factory standards to meet the warranty requirements by Dodge for their
corrosion warranty. I have had no issues
with the truck since its repair two years ago. Below is the information the dealer reported and shows on CarFax report. NOTE: The truck was towed to the dealer
for repair as the accident bent the front left wheel.
Interior condition:
The beautiful tan and dark brown leather interior is all stock and still looks like new. It has upgraded color matched floor mats that make the
interior look nice and clean (I used clear plastic floor mats over the top as
not to wear out the floor mats). Everything works in the truck; lights, gauges,
seats, windows, locks, a/c blows cold etc. All of the original books, original window
sticker, and 4 key fobs included (two with auto-start option and two fobs
without auto start). This is a NON SMOKER vehicle. Mechanically: This Ram is in excellent condition and runs and drives very nice. It has very healthy eight cylinder motor (390 horsepower and 407 pound-feet of torque) that is very strong and an automatic transmission that shifts nice and smooth. This truck is ready to hit the street and looks good doing it! Here is your chance to own a beautiful Dodge Ram at a fraction of its original price. A recall on the rear differential pinion nut recently came out and I took the truck into the dealer and had this service performed on 6/24, so the Carfax report showing the recall is not updated with this information. Additional Car Fax information on Warranty:
Service records: The CarFax report I ran on June 12, 2014 indicates over 20 service records on file which proves and identifies all fo the regular services and maintenance that has been done on this vehicle. I have never let anyone touch the vehicle besides the dealer I bought it from. I just had oil changed and tires rotated at 64,700 miles along with the recall work for the differential pinion nut, which was done after the CarFax report on 6/12/14. The truck is driven daily so mileage will
increase slightly during the auction listing.
I also have the truck for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the
auction at any time for a local sale. I can email the CarFax report to anyone interested in looking at the information and service record information. |

FCA looking into Ram-based SUV, midsize pickup
Thu, Jul 21 2016Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is looking into manufacturing a large SUV based on the Ram 1500 pickup truck's current platform, reports USA Today. If built, the SUV would compete against the Chevrolet Tahoe and could even spawn a smaller pickup. Ram already has most of the bases covered with its current lineup, but a smaller pickup truck would allow it to enter the booming midsize pickup segment where it would compete with the segment-leading Toyota Tacoma along with the Chevy Colorado and GMC, which are the newest entries. Mike Manley, head of Fiat Chrysler's Jeep and Ram brands, told USA Today that the current platform found in the Ram 1500 could be utilized for a body-on-frame SUV. With a large SUV, FCA would be able to capitalize on the ever-growing SUV market and go toe-to-toe with General Motors (GM) and Ford. The next-generation of Ram pickup trucks is expected to go on sale in early 2018, which would put a large SUV close behind. In an attempt to increase the automaker's production capacity, FCA also plans to move Ram's current production facility from Warren to Sterling Heights, MI. With Jeep continually posting healthy numbers, it makes perfect sense for FCA to build more SUVs. GM currently uses the same platform on a plethora of its SUVs with good results, which makes FCA's proposed plan a viable option. Raminator sets world record for fastest monster truck [w/video]
Tue, Dec 16 2014Monster trucks are made for a lot of things: crushing jalopies, jumping over jalopies, wowing spectators while crushing and jumping over jalopies, and so on. But powerful as they tend to be, monster trucks are not built for outright speed. Still, one has to be faster than another, and as it turns out, Raminator is the fastest of them all. Alongside Rammunition and the new Mopar Muscle, Raminator is one of three Ram-based monster trucks run by the Hall Brothers Racing Team with support from Chrysler. It's been named Truck of the Year by the Monster Truck Racing Association a record eight times, its driver Mark Hall has been named the association's Driver of the Year nine times and its crew chief Tim Hall its Mechanic of the Year five times. And now Raminator and the Hall Brothers have claimed the Guinness World Record for the fastest monster truck, recording a top speed of 99.10 miles per hour to break the previous record of 96.8 mph. The record was set at the Circuit of the Americas, the 3.4-mile track built on the outskirts of Austin, Texas, to host the United States Grand Prix. Aside from Formula One, the track has hosted endurance racing, touring cars and motorbikes, and while Raminator may not be the fastest vehicle ever to lap the circuit, it's surely one of the biggest. Scope out the video from the record run below. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Raminator Monster Truck and Hall Brothers Racing Team Shatter Guinness World Records® Record: Fastest Speed for a Monster Truck America's fastest growing truck brand breaks speed record for monster trucks at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas December 15, 2014 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - Raminator, a monster truck sponsored by the Ram Truck brand, has broken the Guinness World Records® record for the "Fastest Speed for a Monster Truck" at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas. Hitting a new record speed of 99.10 miles per hour (mph), Raminator and driver Mark Hall secured the Guinness World Records title at 8:44 a.m. (CT), breaking the previous record of 96.8 mph. As the fastest growing truck brand in America, the Ram Truck brand is a long time sponsor of the fastest Monster Truck, the Raminator. The Ram-sponsored monster truck lineup includes the 2014 Monster Truck Nationals Champion Raminator and Rammunition, sponsored since 2002. In 2014, Mopar also introduced Mopar Muscle; the monster truck it sponsors.
China's Great Wall confirms its interest — in Jeep, or all of FCA
Tue, Aug 22 2017HONG KONG/SHANGHAI — Chinese automaker Great Wall Motor reiterated its interest in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV on Tuesday, but said it had not held talks or signed a deal with executives at the Italian-American automaker. China's largest sport utility vehicle manufacturer made a direct overture to Fiat Chrysler on Monday, with an official saying the company was interested in all or part of FCA, owner of the Jeep and Ram truck brands. Automotive News first reported the news, quoting Great Wall Motor President Wang Fengying as saying she planned to contact FCA to discuss acquiring the Jeep brand specifically. Those comments sent FCA shares higher but also raised questions over the ability of China's seventh-largest automaker by sales to buy larger Western rival FCA, or even Jeep, which some analysts value at as much as one-and-a-half times FCA. Great Wall sought to dampen speculation on Tuesday. It confirmed it had studied Fiat Chrysler, but said there was "no concrete progress so far" and "substantial uncertainty" over whether it would eventually bid. "The company has not built any relationship with the directors of FCA nor has the company entered into any discussion or signed any agreements with any officer of FCA so far," the company said in an English-language stock exchange filing. It did not give further detail. Fiat Chrysler stock dipped on the statement on Tuesday. Great Wall said trading in its Shanghai-listed shares would resume on Wednesday after having been suspended. Fiat Chrysler declined to comment on Great Wall's statement. On Monday, it said it had not been approached and was fully committed to implementing its current business plan. FLUSHING OUT RIVALS? Great Wall Motor, which was early to spot China's love of SUVs, had revenue of $14.8 billion last year and sold 1.07 million vehicles - but that compares with FCA's 2016 revenue of 111 billion euros ($130.6 billion). Analysts said Great Wall would need to raise both debt and equity to complete any deal, meaning its chairman Wei Jianjun could lose majority control. One possible scenario, according to analysts at Jefferies, would see Wei keeping a roughly 30 percent stake, while Great Wall would raise $10-$14 billion in debt and $10 billion in equity - hefty for a group currently worth just $16 billion. Ultimately, politics could be the clincher.
