2002 Boxster S, 6 speed. Silver with Black interior. 76K miles, nice condition - good for daily driver or weekend car. Car has rebuilt title, from 2012 damage in driver front panel. I purchase car after repairs were made. Car was delivered and driven first 10 years in Texas. Damage was limited to fender, bumper, not structural., airbags not deployed. I own 3 Porsche cars and have enjoyed this vehicle all the way thru. Last 15K miles, Trouble free, everything works as it should, very smooth, vibration free at all speed , steering and braking is perfectly balanced.
For business, I have purchased a Cayenne S , otherwise I would continue to drive, I just cannot justify 4 cars. Porsche continues facelift spree with 911 Turbo
Fri, 24 Jan 2014If there's ever been automotive case for constant evolution, it is the Porsche 911. It seems like every time a new version of the rear-engined sports car debuts, Porsche is already hard at work on a facelifted version of it that changes some subtle, barely noticeable aspect.
Such is the case with this round of images of a facelifted 911 Turbo, which was seen undergoing winter testing alongside the facelifted, hardtop-version of the 911 Cabriolet we showed you yesterday. The new, 991-based 911 Turbo was just unveiled in May of 2013.
Like the Cabrio from yesterday, both the Turbo and naturally aspirated models shown here feature additional slats at the rear of the car, right behind the rear wheels. These slats on the standard model lend credence to what we learned yesterday - that even the regular 911 models could end up getting turbocharged mills.
Road & Track names its 2013 Performance Car of the Year
Thu, 14 Nov 2013Road & Track recently staged its first annual Performance Car of the Year test, pitting 13 new and updated performance cars against each other on track, then graduating the top six to a road test before picking a winner. Additionally, the magazine staff picked the best automobiles of the year in eight categories.
But first, let's cover the PCotY segment.
