I hate to sell it, but its time to upgrade.

By far the best handling car I have ever driven and I have driven Vipers, Corvettes, 911 Turbo's, ect ect.  This car is unique and special among cars.  A gem of sorts.  The fit / finish / feel are really amazing and worth every penny.  You can find a mustang with more power, or a Lotus with better turn in, but I guarantee you that no car that combines all the characteristics of a sports car so perfectly.  IT IS THE BEST DRIVER's CAR.  Watch motor trend's 2009 best drivers car of the year competiton on Youtube for some insight into this car.  BTW Hint, the Cayman wins!

I average 25 MPG!

Good Condition.  Very clean car.  Some paint scuffs & chips upon close examination.  Interior is in excellent condition other than few areas of wear.  There are no tears in the leather anywhere, no cracks in the dash.  In excellant mechanical condition.  Just had a full Porsche Diagnostics including engine compression testing.  An engine seal was leaking, so this was repaired.  Again, otherwise no issues.  To the best of my knowledge, this car is in perfect working order.

The Autocheck states there were no accidents, but this car was involved in an accident.  It was minor .  NO frame damage.  Airbags were not deployed.  If I didnt tell you it was involved in an accident, you would never know it by its condition.  I considered not mentioning the accident, but decided to be honest.  If I wanted to be dishonest, I would not have mentioned it, as the Carfax, and Autocheck are accident free.

Make me an offer, the worst I can do is say no.   Call / Text me with any questions at 707 340 3798.  Car is located in Norcross GA.

Thanks!

'Born of a Blue Sky' brings the Amelia Island Concours to you

Fri, 03 May 2013

The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has more clout every year and is getting a reputation as Pebble Beach minus the madness. Held in March this year, it celebrated Ducati and the 50-year anniversaries of Lamborghini, the Corvette Sting Ray, Porsche 911 and the Ford GT40.
Justin Lapriore was there, and seemingly everywhere, getting footage of the various wares on display on the lawns and the sand and the runway. The resulting video, Born of a Blue Sky, is a 16-minute survey of some of the finer sights and plenty of engine sounds. Check it out below.

Road & Track names its 2013 Performance Car of the Year

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

Road & Track recently staged its first annual Performance Car of the Year test, pitting 13 new and updated performance cars against each other on track, then graduating the top six to a road test before picking a winner. Additionally, the magazine staff picked the best automobiles of the year in eight categories.
But first, let's cover the PCotY segment. Here's the list of cars brought to the comparison test: Audi R8 V10 Plus; BMW 435i; BMW M6 Competition Package; Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Z51; Ferrari F12 Berlinetta; Ford Fiesta ST; Jaguar F-Type V8 S; Jaguar XFR-S; Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S-Model Wagon; Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series; Mini John Cooper Works GP; Nissan GT-R Track Edition; and Porsche Cayman S.
To find out the results of the comparison, head over to Road & Track's website or check the press release below, where you'll also find the magazine's top-rated vehicles in eight categories. Want more? Head over to the 2013 PCotY hub. But before you do that, take a stab at guessing the winner of PCotY (we'll give you one hint: it isn't a Porsche).

Porsche 919 Hybrid revives Porsche's factory Le Mans efforts

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

After months of teasing with camouflaged testers, Porsche has finally unveiled its prototype entry for the 2014 World Endurance Championship, the 919 Hybrid. Porsche, you may recall, hasn't had campaigned a factory team at Le Mans in years, so the 919 is nothing less than their recommitment to endurance racing.
Combining a 2.0-liter V4 (yes, a V4) that revs to 9,000 rpm, the 919 produces around 500 horsepower with a pair of energy recovery systems. The first system recovers the heat energy from exhaust gasses as they pass through an electrical generator, while the second system is a bit more familiar. Using a setup similar to what is found on the production 918 Spyder, a generator on the front axle recovers kinetic energy from the brakes, which is subsequently stored in a battery system. That power can then be sent to the front wheels at the driver's command, effectively turning the 919 into an all-wheel-drive racecar.
Despite these various forms of motivation, Porsche doesn't claim to be seeking outright power supremacy, with Chairman Matthias Müller saying, "In 2014, it will not be the fastest car that wins the World Endurance Championship series and the 24 hours of Le Mans, rather it will be the car that goes the furthest with a defined amount of energy. And it is precisely this challenge that carmakers must overcome. The 919 Hybrid is our fastest mobile research laboratory and the most complex race car that Porsche has ever built."
