This 2006 Porsche is very nice inside and out and the only imperfection of curb rash has already been fixed by a local company. There is no body damage and no signs of previous body damage. Just an all around great looking great driving car.

I have purchased this vehicle straight from a Porsche Dealership it was an off lease vehicle. It is out of warranty and I asked if I could purchase an additional warranty but they said it would have had to have been purchased before the old one ran out. The previous buyer did opt for the extended warranty which is a very good thing but I guess they traded it in after 75K so the only option is 3rd party warranty. I do have a copy of all the service records that was given to my by Porsche and it's in an email document just message me through ebay and include your email address and I will gladly forward that to you. It's very thorough and comprehensive. If the included autocheck report shows any kind of mileage discrepancy that it because of a clerical error done when someone sold or bought the paperwork. I have already contacted the Porsche dealership and they are getting through to Carfax and Autocheck to have that fixed as that is not how I purchased the vehicle.

Anyway the car is practically flawless inside and out. Porsche did give me a 7 day warranty which included an inspection and covered the drive-train and transmission for 7 days. It is the Titanium edition which means on the outside it has surfaces painted with Titanium Metallic accents, a lower stance, nice looking 19" rims, and a 4-tube chrome-plated tailpipe. On the inside, it's got 12-way adjustable leather sets, two-tone black & sand leather, and the Porsche Communications Management system, featuring a 6.5-inch color screen, GPS navigation system, trip computer, MP3-compatible CD radio, and Bose Cabin Surround Sound.

Porsche's former CEO Wiedeking to stand trial over VW-share manipulation

Former Porsche CEO Wendelin Wiedeking (left in the above photo) could potentially be facing some time in the slammer after all. The last we had heard, he and former Chief Financial Officer Holger Haerter (right) had avoided a trial in April due to a lack of evidence. However, an appeals court in Stuttgart has looked at the case again and overruled the earlier decision, finding that the executives should be tried for share manipulation during Porsche's failed attempt to take over Volkswagen in 2008, Bloomberg reports.
The judges in the appeal "list numerous indications that could suggest that there was a hidden decision to increase the stake as they could suggest the opposite evaluation by the lower court," said Stefan Schueler, a spokesperson for the court, in a statement cited by Bloomberg. Wiedeking and Haerter put out their own releases saying that there was no merit to the charges.
The prosecutors allege that Wiedeking and Haerter had a plan to buy up VW stock options in 2008 to take the automotive giant over but hid it from investors. The whole thing was a massive failure and eventually allowed VW the chance to acquire Porsche and forced the two execs to step down. In addition to the criminal investigation, hedge funds have attempted to sue the company multiple times in civil court for the same reason, but they have repeatedly failed.
