1 owner car with the original issue 1973 Ohio title.
1973 Porsche 914 originally had a 1.7 fuel injected engine and manual transmission.
The originally engine, transmission and the engine wiring harness were lost over time buy the owner. This action is for a rolling chassis and full interior "everything you see in the photos comes with the car" AS IS with no warrantees or promises for more parts than what's shown in these photos.
No dent's that I can see but has some rust in the body panels and cracked front windshield. All the windows roll up, down, doors lock, unlock, open and close. The same with the hood and trunk. I don't know if the electrical system works since I don't have the engine harness and the main power runs though that harness to power up the fuse box. The owner said everything work 13 years ago when he pulled the engine.
The car has rust on most of the panels, some light surface, some with holes though the metal and one large hole in the top of the fender near the antenna. Bumpers also have rust but are solid and could be saved. Dash has some light cracks, seats are cracked and door panels are usable but could be recovered easily. Removable roof is in good condition and all four latches work fine.
The car needs a full restoration to be in perfect condition but is a great starting point and with the original 73 title it can be a great investment or a collectable piece for someone's privet collection,

Porsche 918 Spyder could lap the 'Ring even quicker [w/video]
Mon, 16 Sep 2013Porsche had a lot to crow about at the Frankfurt Motor Show last week. Not only did it debut the new 50 Years edition and Turbo versions of the 911 and the new hybrid and diesel versions of the Panamera, but while unveiling the final production version of the new 918 Spyder, it revealed the record lap it set around the Nürburgring.
The 918 Spyder's 6:57 lap time makes it the fastest street-legal production car ever to lap the Nordschleife and the first to break the seven-minute barrier. But the driver who clocked the time thinks it can go even faster.
That driver was Marc Lieb, who has won the Nürburgring 24-hour race four times, making him something of an expert on the subject. In speaking with Australia's Drive TV, Lieb suggested that they could get even more out of the car, as you can hear for yourself in the video below.
2015 Porsche Cayman GTS
Thu, 29 May 2014The Porsche Boxster and Cayman will forever nip at the heels of their big brother, the 911 Carrera, and perpetuating this tradition are the latest GTS variants, which add yet another arrow to the quiver of the plucky mid-engined platform.
The GTS' performance enhancements boost horsepower by a mere 15 and shave a tenth from 0 to 60, but Porsche's clever product planners and engineers have stuck to their familiar formula in making the Cayman GTS more desirable than the Boxster for dyed-in-the-wool performance enthusiasts. More on that shortly.
Laps around Spain's Circuito Mallorca RennArena and the nearby Serra de Tramuntana mountain range would shed further light on how the GTS differentiates itself from lesser Caymans.
2014 Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S debut [w/video]
Fri, 03 May 2013
The Turbo S will dispatch the Nürburgring in "well under seven and a half minutes."
Porsche is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its 911 Turbo in the best possible way: by announcing the next-generation of the rear-engined beast. The 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S are here, and man oh man, do they seem like the business.
