Black full leather/AT, Tiptronic S transmission, rear wiper, carbon multifunction steering wheel, park assist, sport chrono, telephone module, carbon package, black mats-Porsche lettering, Michelin tires.  MSRP was $131,275.00

What I've done/added since I've owned it:

Selling price includes: transferable "the Mechanic" Porsche dealer purchased and approved extended warranty (not CPO) with $100.00 deductible that's good through 4/7/17 and/or 60K miles, Porsche COA, FVD performance tune (550 hp/tq), BMC performance air filter, Fabspeed black chrome exhaust tips (OEM exhaust is stock), four (4) new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, new TPMS sensors, OEM black GT3 RS wheels with black RS center caps, 4-wheel alignment, Forge metal diverter valves, OEM matching pedal footrest, OEM fire extinguisher and bracket located beneath the drivers seat, replaced the PCM 2.1 with a Pioneer AVIC 140BH sound system (OEM Bose speakers retained) that includes; 7" color touch screen, real time GPS navigation with traffic, Bluetooth (Android and iPhone compatible), MP3, DVD, single CD, Sirius/XM satellite radio (hidden antenna), hands-free voice commands, AM/FM/HD radio, steering wheel radio volume and channel controls, back-up camera, selectable (on/off) front parking sensors, black "turbo" emblem script, new Iridium spark plugs, and recent tune-up.

I use Motul 8100 X-Cess 5W40 synthetic oil, changed the brake fluid to blue high heat and performance, added 20% window tint, OEM wheel locks, clear bra on all exposed surfaces, VIN etching on all windows, new wiper blades, and I've had the car professional detailed.

I've owned this TT for over two years, it's never been tracked, seen rain/snow (located in Northern VA) or smoked in. It comes with two (2) keys, a full set of owners manuals and case, a clean Carfax, a copy of my original PPI report, and all service records since I've own it.

Everything works, all of my modifications and maintenance was either dealer or professionally performed, it's garage covered and in absolutely like-new condition. The black paint is extremely dark and reflective, there has been no paint work, there are no dings or wax swirls, the interior is near-perfect (realistically it's 7 years old so it can't be perfect) without any blemishes or seat wear and tear. It does not use oil and there are no leaks.

The only maintenance issues I've had was a battery replacement two (2) years ago and a leaking transmission seal last year that was repaired under warranty that also included replacing all of the transmission fluid (not required but I wanted it done anyway).

Except for the FVD tune this car is stock and can easily be brought back to original condition. This 2007 TT is adult owned by a PCA member and Porsche enthusiast who is retiring soon. Please, serious inquiries only, no test drives unless you're buying it, and you pay for the PPI and the shipping. This Porsche has the much desired Mezger GT1 engine, it's been updated to today's 991 standards for a fraction of the cost, there are no excuses, and you will not be disappointed.

Select the "buy it now" option and you will also receive the original four (4) OEM wheels with OEM silver center caps, the OEM PCM 2.1 navigation system with phone module, 2 OEM chrome exhaust tips and the OEM air filter and plastic diverter valves. I know what my car is worth and should reasonably sell for so please no "dreamers or low-ball offers"  This is a pristine 2007 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo in excellent condition and it's also the best Porsche 997.1 TT deal on eBay right now. .

2015 Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid

Fri, Mar 13 2015

When the Porsche Panamera joined the hybrid poker game with the S Hybrid, it started with a seat at the penny-ante table: engineers inserted a 47-horsepower electric motor between the gas engine and eight-speed automatic, powered by a 1.7-kWh nickel-metal hydride battery. It was tiny stakes, the kind of non-risk taken when you're trying to figure out both how to play the game and how you want to play the game. After two years of experimenting, the 2015 Panamera S E-Hybrid makes a bigger bet – the kind that requires paper bills and the maxim, "If you can't fold it, hold it." Porsche's plug-in hybrid gets every adjective we expect of a successor from Stuttgart: more complex, more efficient, more powerful and faster. Driving Notes The electric motor leaps from 47 hp to 95 hp thanks to more windings on the stator coils and new power electronics. The battery goes from a 1.7-kWh nickel-metal hydride unit to 9.4-kWh lithium-ion setup; it's the same physical size as before, still mounted under the cargo deck. Internal combustion still comes from the Audi-sourced, 333-hp, supercharged V6, but total system power goes from 380 hp and 428 pound-feet of torque in the S Hybrid to 416 hp and 435 lb-ft in the S E-Hybrid. The previous system could run a mile on electricity, this one is estimated to last more than 20 miles on e-power on the European cycle. The 0-60 dash takes 5.2 seconds, down from 5.7 seconds; top speed in electric-only mode is 84 mph – up from 50 mph. It takes 2.5 hours at a 240-volt outlet to fully recharge the battery; the Porsche Universal Charger comes equipped with a cable for that and a standard 120-volt socket. Only Panamera obsessives will notice the sheetmetal changes for 2015, but there are sharper lines on the front and rear fascias, faint revisions made to the light clusters, wider glass – over the same-sized opening – on the rear tailgate, and a wider rear spoiler. Outsiders will know the S E-Hybrid because of Acid Green highlights on the fender and tailgate logos, as well as the Acid Green brake calipers. Inside, the central tach remains, but the analog speedometer was evicted to make space for the battery power meter, and Acid Green needles dance across all the gauges. The navigation screen shows your electric driving range and the Porsche Car Connect service provides the expected, smartphone-controlled e-mobility features.

McLaren P1 vs Porsche 918 vs Ducati 1199 Superleggera in epic standing-mile drag race

Fri, 10 Oct 2014

We live in a high-tech supercar renaissance, with the Porsche 918 Spyder, McLaren P1 and Ferrari LaFerrari all duking it out for performance supremacy. All three members of this power trio place the engine behind the driver and use some kind of hybrid assist. However, each one finds a slightly different way to make that setup work. While all of the tech is insanely cool, let's just admit that we are all really wondering which one is the quickest and which is the fastest. Autocar aims to find out in a new video pitting two of them against a surprise challenger in the standing mile.
Unfortunately, the race is missing the Ferrari, despite Autocar's best efforts. So instead, it has another limited-edition, high-performance vehicle from Italy in the form of the Ducati 1199 Superleggera. The bike has just two cylinders, but at 1.2-liters of displacement, it makes over 200 horsepower, and all that gumption is packaged into a magnesium monocoque body with carbon fiber bodywork to keep weight low. Granted, the cycle is going up against the 875-hp Porsche and 903-hp McLaren, but traction, aerodynamics and gearing all play a part in this fascinating video.
There's no sense in ruining the winner before watching, but Autocar teases that the finish is one of its closest drag races ever. Check out the video to find out just what that means.

Porsche 911 GT2 caught testing, is super bad

Thu, 27 Jun 2013

Look what spy photographers have spotted sprinting around the Nürburgring. Our shooters nabbed a few photos of the all-new Porsche 911 GT2 in its native habitat without any of the bulky camouflage or cladding we're used to seeing. The result is our first truly clear view at the upcoming successor to the GT2 throne. From the looks of it, the new model will boast wider fender arches front and rear, and hefty air intakes set into the machine's hips should help feed a beastly 3.8-liter flat six-cylinder engine. Early guesses put the engine output somewhere around 560 horsepower.
Mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, the engine should propel this rear-engined heathen to 62 miles per hour in under three seconds. Top speed? Try somewhere around 200 mph. If that's true, the next-generation 911 GT2 will be the fastest 911 in Porsche history.
