If you have questions email email me at: gidgetgddermo@ukuni.com .
2002 Porsche 911 Turbo (996) Tiptronic, car is in immaculate condition, inside and out, and all maintenance is up to date, all fluids have been recently flushed filled with Motul brand fluids, including Tiptronic , differential and power steering fluids, coolant has been flushed as well. During the service they also addressed the leaky blow off valves and upgraded the air filter with a dry AFE panel filter. New tires were mounted less than 200 miles ago and new alignment was performed by Porsche.
Currently the car is equipped with Cobb Stage-1 tuning, plus a TCU tune for the Tiptronic transmission, shifts super smooth, and fast, I can say it shifts faster and smoother than a Cambiocorsa single clutch. I have the optional Made in Italy TUBI Style exhaust that could allow you to bump the stage 1 tuning to stage 2 as well which would put you around that 500+ hp.
Tiptronic transmission is efficient, fast and shifts smooth, and Cobb enabled launch control for it too, best part is no loss of boost between gear changes. I drove both manual and Tiptronic 996s and I can say Tiptronics are way underrated, at the end of the day you have the same transmission from a Mercedes McLaren SLR, which is an AMG 5GTronic Speedshift. It is a bullet proof unit.
Paint is corrected recently and it looks beautiful, front bumper had some flaws from the front plate bracket ( previous owner over tighten it) but it was professionally fixed as well.
Car is fully loaded with rare options such as Natural Leather, which was almost $6k extra I believe, its superior than the regular leather, softer, and has a nicer grain.

Porsche releases new images of LMP1 racecar
Mon, 26 Aug 2013Porsche has released another batch of images of its LMP1 competitor preparing for its debut season in 2014. This isn't the first we've seen of the new car, as June saw four images of the new racer undergoing testing. Where those images looked merely like someone taking pics during the test, the 11 new images seen above have all the hallmarks of highly polished PR shots.
That aside, the camo-covered cars still provide another look at what the new LMP1 car will look like when it arrives next season. The taillights follow the example set by Audi, by vertically mounting ultra-thin LEDs on the tips of the rear wing, while the LED headlights sport the four-prong look that Porsche has been pushing of late. Besides those two items, its difficult to make out many details due to the amount of camo.
Porsche's LMP1 effort will be focused on the FIA World Endurance Championship, which will see the revered brand return to the top flights of the 24 Hours Of Le Mans with F1 ace Mark Webber behind the wheel. As we've mentioned before, the German brand has set up a dedicated microsite that will cover its newest racer's progress.
Another cool projection vid, this time with a Porsche 911
Fri, 28 Dec 2012Porsche has become the latest automaker to take advantage of clever projection technology. The automaker worked up a quick presentation for the 2013 911 Carrera 4S to show off a bit of "motionless driving." The display tracks the sports car from production to back-road caning and city-center cruising, displaying a variety of exterior color choices and wheel options without resorting to a two-dimensional video.
This isn't the first time we've seen an automaker use its new product as a projection screen. Subaru, Hyundai, Lamborghini and others have all done the same, and the trick never fails to be visually interesting.
As you may recall, we got to play with the 2013 911 Carrera 4S back in November and found the machine to be a better daily driver than its rear-wheel drive counterpart. You can check out the projection video below.
Porsche looks back on very first 911 Turbo
Wed, 11 Jun 2014Porsche has really hit on a winning formula with its series of videos going inside its vault. So far, we've seen the V8 911 prototype, mid-engine test mule and aerodynamic prototype. The company is sticking with the 911 theme in the latest entry, but this time it's an actual production car - the very first 911 Turbo ever made.
Being the first Turbo would make it important enough, but the car was also a birthday present for Louise Piëch, daughter of Ferdinand Porsche and sister to Ferry Porsche, and she regularly used the car. The family didn't just hand her a random car off the assembly line, either. She got to make it her own with some interesting modifications. She supposedly even painted landscapes from inside the car.
You have to wonder what Piëch thought of her present. The early Turbos had a reputation for being a bit of a handful to drive. The boost tended to bring the power all at once, which wasn't always welcome when cornering. She deserves some honor just for driving the car on the curvy, alpine roads. Scroll down to learn about this important Porsche, and we can't wait to see what car the brand showcases next.
