1986 Porsche 911 Turbo USA Spec car. 99,000 miles
Clean car fax, same owner 20 years, detailed service history with motor rebuild at about 77k miles, turbo redo
also. Many receipts for service. Car runs great, has not leaked anything on the floor yet, shifts very nicely as
well. Suspension has been lowered, car feels fantastic on the road , probably the best handling Turbo I have ever
driven. Fitted with different exhaust and RUF wheels. Sun roof works. The car is also very fast, feels faster than a
regular turbo. Believe it is original paint, shut lines look very good, dent on drivers side rear wheel arch, paint
missing on rear bumper, much smaller dent on passenger rear wheel arch in back. Dash has one crack, rake adjustment
on drivers side is stuck, I have ordered a new switch. Interior shows well. AC off car. Foot wheel side carpet
piece missing on drivers side, photos do not show but I have installed the piece on the drivers side.At one point a
roll bar was installed in the car. The car is a blast to drive, tight and lightening fast! Exactly what a Porsche
Turbo Should be! With the darker Ruf wheels against the White body work the car has a good presence about it and it
looks sharp!
Car is located in northwestern Connecticut about 75 miles north of New York City

Porsche testing four-cylinder Boxster at the N?rburgring
Fri, 09 May 2014Porsche recently introduced a four-cylinder version of the new Macan for markets outside of North America, carrying Zuffenhausen's first four-pot since the 968 ended its production run the better part of two decades ago. But you can bet the compact crossover won't be the only Porsche to get the four banger before all's said and done. These spy shots, we're told, are evidence of just that.
Spotted undergoing testing at the Nürburgring (where else), this modified Boxster, our spy photographers tell us, sounds more like a four-cylinder engine than the flat six that's powered (in displacements ranging from 2.5 liters to 3.4) every version of the little roadster since its introduction in 1996, the year after the last four-cylinder Porsche ended production.
The test mule is also wearing modified wheel arches and aerodynamic aids under the bumpers, front and rear. Just what they're doing there we're not sure, but we'll probably find out sooner or later.
Production Porsche 918 Spyder images leak out of Chinese patent office
Wed, 26 Dec 2012A few images of what looks to be the production Porsche 918 Spyder are here to say hello, courtesy of a patent office in China. If these provide an accurate look at what the hybrid supercar will look like, there are a few differences between it and the latest examples of the pre-production prototypes our spy shooters have seen.
The jerry-rigged turn signals inside the headlight enclosures and on the front fenders on the prototype are replaced with more polished units inside the headlamps located underneath the main beams. Behind that, the door handles have been swapped from horizontal latches on the door to vertical openings located just behind the door shutline.
We've also seen a Martini-liveried version of the 918 Spyder that has extra carbon elements that don't appear on this car. It was at the Nürburgring with carbon lips on the front fenders and another carbon element that hung from the rear fenders and ran down to the rear diffuser. When we saw the car on our Deep Dive piece, the front lips were gone but that rear piece remained, and we can't tell from the brochure and options sheet that we've seen so far what it comes with. The wheels from the concept and the green brake calipers, minus the polycarbonate covers, should be the standard fitment while the ten-spoke magnesium wheels will be a 29,750-euro (about $39,000 US) option.
Magnus Walker pops up again, this time with his Irish Green 911
Sun, 06 Oct 2013He was the subject of a short film called Urban Outlaw. He has been on Jay Leno's Garage. Twice. He even graced the cover of Road & Track in June. And after all of that, he appeared in a video by Hong Kong-based Silly Thing. So it isn't really surprising that Magnus Walker is at the center of attention in the latest video from XCAR, but it's surprising - and a treat - to see his mostly original Irish Green 1966 Porsche 911.
Powered by an air-cooled 2.0-liter flat six with 130 horsepower (more like 120 hp today, Walker says), riding on 5.5-inch wide wheels and turned with a wooden steering wheel, the little green 911 does represent some of the best aspects of classic car motoring.
Head on below to watch the long-form video on Walker and his Porsche, but if your time is limited, you're not missing much if you call it quits at five minutes - especially if you've seen his aforementioned videos before.
