1981 Porsche 911SC sunroof coupe. This car is 100% original except for the radio. The paint and interior is 100% original. The paint and interior are in excellent condition. The interior leather is still supple and full and still has that factory original puffiness. The dash and gauges are in excellent condition with no cracks or fading. Also the steering wheel leather is in excellent condition. The paint is in excellent condition as well with lots of original shine and luster. The door jams are in great condition with all the original stickers in place. The front spoiler shows very little road rash. This car is numbers matching and the engine is in excellent condition. The car just had a major service and all mechanicals gone through. The engine does not leak any oil underneath and does not smoke on start up or driving. Underneath is also in excellent condition with zero rust or welding done. The front trunk also shows to be very original and clean with zero rust. The car comes with the original books, toolkit, and spare. All those items are also complete and in great condition. The electronics all work including all the windows and sunroof. This car runs, drives, steers, shifts, and brakes perfectly. This 911SC is a very original car that shows and drives like brand new.

Porsche working on turbo V12 for Putin limo project?
Fri, 24 Oct 2014Porsche is best known for building very well-regarded sports cars and better-selling utility vehicles. Come to the company with a big enough bag of cash, though, and the Porsche Engineering division can create just about anything. The group's past projects include working with Harley-Davidson, Mercedes-Benz and corporate cousin Audi, but if rumors prove true, then its latest partner might be the last one you'd expect.
Russian website Wroom reports that Porsche Engineering is building the engine for the Project Cortege government limousine project for Russian president Vladimir Putin. The mill is supposedly a turbocharged V12 displacing between 6.0- and 6.6-liters and making around 800 horsepower. When complete, it will reportedly be built by ZMZ with Russian-sourced parts.
The limo is expected to debut in 2017, according to Wroom, but it's just the beginning of Putin's grandiose plans, which also goes by the name of the Motorcade Project. The same platform is also meant to underpin several vehicles for use by the government, including an SUV, a small bus and a sedan. All of them would reportedly have a longitudinally mounted engine and all-wheel drive.

Something like an unregistered 2005 Porsche Carrera GT. The car has never been titled and has just 83 miles on the odometer. With one owner since new, the Carrera GT is likely to be as nice an example as you're likely to find outside of a museum. Porsche only built 340 of these machines back in 2005, and with a 610 horsepower V10 kicking at your spine, you can lap Santa's sleigh next year. Currently, the Carrera GT has a buy it now price of $457,325 with around six days left on the auction.
Not flashy enough for your tastes? Stroll on down to West Hollywood and you'll find a similarly untitled 2004 Ferrari Enzo up for grabs with a sticker of $1.8 million. Technically a Euro-spec car, the Enzo isn't legal to operate on US roads, but could be modified to satisfy Uncle Sam with a little effort. The seller calls this car the "last brand-new Enzo in existence" and with 175 miles on the clock, that may be a true statement. Tue, 28 Jan 2014Two days after the flag dropped on the 2014 Rolex 24 at Daytona, people are still trying to figure out what it might portend for the rest of the season. In 24 hours, two minutes and 24 seconds, 695 laps were completed by the car that crossed the line first. During that time, 67 cars began the race, 18 of them retired. There was that accident, and a red flag. There were supposedly slower classes beating supposedly faster classes. There were 16 caution periods, including that yellow flag. And then there was The Decision. And Then The Uproar. And then The Reversal.
There was also some pretty good racing, so let's have one last look at the weekend. Oh, and there was that 1964 Ferrari 250 GTO Series II...
