This beautiful 1957 Porsche replica was purchased with the intention of showing it this up-coming car show season, but it doesn't appear myself or my family will be showing this one as much as we would like. Therefore, I would like to give someone else an opportunity to own this car great car.

Beautiful Fjord Green exterior with black interior. Recreated by Classic Motor Carriages out of Miami, FL in the late 1980's. This will be a good investment and a fun car for the next owner. Car looks great and drives excellent too. Should win a trophy at most of your local shows ; )

It sounds and looks unbelievable. The engine idles very well, makes great power, and starts easy every time. The transmission also shifts smoothly. The car gets down the road and will flow with modern traffic with no problem. All working gauges, lights, and accessories ... Unlike anything else on the road! These cars absolutely love twisty roads! You'd be hard pressed to find a car more fun to drive. I know most people would never do this, but these really are cars you could drive everyday if you wanted to. They are easy to get in and out of and they actually ride very comfortably.

It has a spectacular look that grabs everyone's attention. The paint job looks very good from nearly any distance and the underside of the car is neat. The interior is very nice as well. It has a great fit and finish. Every panel lines up excellent and everything opens and shuts with ease. This car has been well cared for and it shows. Always garage kept.

A real 356 Speedster has rocketed to a price of almost $300,000!! You can have just as much fun as owning the real car, but for a fraction of the cost!! This car looks very authentic.

Petrolicious explores long-term living with Porsche's 914/6

After its last video starred none other than the spectacular Ferrari 250 GTO, where was there for the video team at Petrolicious to go? Certainly, in the realm of classics, there are only a few other vehicles that can match the badge and pedigree of the ultra-rare Ferrari. Maybe a Jaguar D-Type or an Aston Martin DBR1? No, this latest video doesn't star either of those British icons. It stars an oft-misunderstood, occasionally derided entry from Germany's most sporting manufacturer - Porsche.
Yes, we've gone from a Ferrari 250 GTO to a Porsche 914/6. As is often the case with Petrolicious, though, the story told about the car by its owner are often more important than the make or model of car being highlighted. That's exactly the case here, as Jack Griffin talks about the 38 years he's spent with this particular Porsche.
Having been born into the Volkswagen fold and introduced to Porsche in the best way possible - behind the wheel of a 356 - Griffin has some interesting stories (including his attempt at running the 12 Hours of Sebring), and he knows a fair bit about some of the 914's attributes.

Top Gear's latest trailer shows off a golden Bugatti Chiron

Top Gear is returning on March 5, and after a lackluster first series with the new hosts, the new group seems determined not to hit a sophomore slump. Chris Evans is gone, and the latest teaser trailer shows the new trio of Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris, and Rory Reid strapped into some pretty fantastic cars, including the Bugatti Chiron and the Ford GT. All of the typical Top Gear segments appear to be present, though the quick cuts don't give us many details. The trailer shows a copious amount of powerslides from an assortment of cars, and even Chris Harris racing around Daytona. Aside from the Bugatti and Ford, cars from Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Aston Martin, and Alfa Romeo are all present. Co-hosts Eddie Jordan and Sabine Schmitz don't appear at all, so it seems their roles may be downplayed to focus on three guys, as was the case pre-reboot. We have some hope for this re-relaunched show and will be keeping an eye out for more details in the lead-up to the series premiere. This Porsche 356 family keeps it outlaw

Rod Emory was the founder of Emory Motorsports in Burbank, CA, and the scion to a family tradition of building "outlaw" Porsches that are almost as cool as the cars themselves. The lovingly modified Porsche 356s are lovely artifacts, and their story, along with the story of their builders, is pitch-perfect for the Petrolicious oeuvre of beloved classics.
