Super Low Mileage 1994 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Gt 25th Anniversary Convertible on 2040-cars
Eustis, Florida, United States
Like Brand New! This collector quality 25th Anniversary Trans Am GT Convertible has only traveled 4,690 miles since new back in 1994. This is a very limited T/A of which only 250 convertibles were produced making it an instant collectible. The only item not original are the 4 brand new BF Goodrich G-Force Sport on the original White 16" rims with less than 100 miles. The best way I can describe this awesome Trans Am is that it is as nice as the day it left the factory.
Once you sit in the Perfect White Prado leather seat and start her up, you will swear you just purchased a brand new car. This amazing TA still retains it's new car interior smell. The lighter and ashtray have never been used, in fact all interior surfaces and components still look fresh and brand new. This car is equipped with the original, working and optional AM/FM ST ETR Radio System with CD Player, Equalizer, 10 Speakers, and Steering Wheel Controls. The interior is special and unique to the 25th Anniversary edition, and has rich looking white Prado leather with beautiful blue embroidered accents. These special 25th Anniversary convertible models were produced to honor the original eight 1969 T/A Convertibles. Of what is still remaining of these 250 94's, this is probably the very finest example you will find still available today. This car has been pampered, preserved and retained in a private collection since purchased new at Rinke Pontiac-GMC in Warren, Michigan on July 11, 1994. The engine is the high powered 5.7 SFI V8 engine. The exterior is wearing its original Bright White Paint with a very high shine accented with blue striping and logos. The top is in perfect condition and the hard boot is still in the trunk. The original window sticker, which is included, was $29,275.00. The car also comes with all of it's original paperwork, owners manual, and special 25th Anniversary package. Some of the features included on this special car are:
This is one of the finest 1994 25th Ann. T/A's you'll find anywhere!!! Car is sold as-is with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible for shipping (if required). |

Question of the Day: Most degraded car name?
Fri, May 27 2016When Ford came up with a not-so-sporty version of the Pinto and slapped Mustang badges on it in 1974, that was a low point for the Mustang name. When Chrysler applied the venerable Town & Country name on perfectly functional but unglamorous minivans, it saddened many of us. But perhaps the biggest demotion for a once-proud model came when, in 1988, General Motors imported a misery-enhancing Daewoo from Korea and called it the Pontiac LeMans. The original Pontiac LeMans was a great-looking midsize car with fairly advanced (for the time) suspension design and engine options including potent V8s and a screaming overhead-cam straight-six. The Daewoo-based Pontiac LeMans was a cramped, shoddy hooptie that served only to ruin the LeMans name forever, while stealing sales from the Suzuki-based Chevrolet Sprint. Sure, using the once-respected Monterey name on the Mercurized Ford Freestar was bad, but Mercury didn't have long to live at that point. I say the downward spiral of the LeMans name was the most agonizing in automotive history. What do you think? Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. GM recalling over 40,000 Chevy, Pontiac and Saturn models over fuel pump woes
Mon, 01 Oct 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall for a number of General Motors cars and crossovers bought or currently registered in the hot-climate states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. As many as 40,859 units consisting of the 2007 Chevrolet Equinox, Pontiac Torrent and Saturn Ion and the 2007-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt (shown) and its Pontiac G5 twin are being recalled for potential fuel leaks.
This recall is being issued due to potentially faulty fuel pump components that can crack and cause gasoline to leak from the return or supply ports and possibly cause a fire. NHTSA has not indicated how many fuel leaks or vehicle fires have been reported. As a fix, GM will replace the fuel pump modules on all affected vehicles free of charge. Since Pontiac and Saturn have been shuttered, owners will be able to go to another GM-brand dealership to have their vehicles repaired.
While the list of affected cars and crossovers varies by state and model year, if you own any of these models and live in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, Oklahoma or Texas, be sure to check the official notice below for more details.
Watch this garbage truck consume a Pontiac Grand Am
Wed, 15 May 2013When an old car or truck offers its dying breath in your driveway and you just don't have the financial or mechanical wherewithal to resuscitate it yet again, you traditionally have to go to the trouble of calling a flatbed or a tow truck to come haul it away. That usually helps to put a few bucks in your wallet and helps recycle some of the vehicle's parts, but the transaction doesn't seem as final or perversely satisfying as the dispatch service that this New Way Cobra Magnum garbage truck offers.
Okay, okay, so this refuse hauler isn't actually designed for this sort of thing, but it's oddly comforting to know that a sanitation truck can compact a hapless Pontiac Grand Am into oblivion. Next time, we won't feel so guilty about slipping that rusty charcoal grille onto the curb next to the cans on garbage day. Watch the carnage by scrolling below.
