2006 Pontiac Solstice Roadster Convertible * Low Miles on 2040-cars
Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, United States
2006 Pontiac Solstice Roadster Convertible Car runs, shifts & drives great * Never smoked in 15,344 actual mileage! We have drove this car and put some miles on it Have a letter from GM stating the reason for buy back was later deemed that it is normal for this vehicle Buy back is due to low speed shifting noise, that under normal circumstances you can't even tell We are a dealer and have been buying & selling cars for years and I cannot find a single thing wrong with this car No excuse, my professional opinion as a dealer is that the original owner must not have wanted the car and/or been extremely picky Lemon law buy back consist of a vehicle being taken back to the dealership three times for the same reason and the customer not being happy with the results of the dealership trying to repair a problem that is not repairable and is considered by GM as normal You are buying a 15,344 mile vehicle PLEASE BID WITH CONFIDENCE * VERY NICE CAR!!! The car will have a new/current PA Inspection sticker upon delivery Everything works as it should: cold air, brakes, stereo, top functions and latches correctly FLY IN ** DRIVE HOME!! Auto Check reports this as a 2 owner vehicle * NO Accidents * Mileage Correct Please click the link below for more pictures: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.695422450541905.1073741847.110438832373606&type=1 Please look at pictures carefully and e mail with any questions, a knowledgeable buyer is a happy buyer!!! $1,000 deposit required within 24 hours of sale ending * Full payment must be received within 7 days of auction closing * Please e mail with any questions or if you would like to see vehicle * Please only bid on this vehicle if you fully intend to purchase * This is not only my job but how I feed my family * All zero bids will be cancelled unless you contact my with your intentions of purchase * This vehicle is being sold AS IS / No Warranty * This vehicle is for sale locally, I reserve the right to end auction at any time * Winner bidder should e mail immediately following the sale with intentions of purchase and to arrange pick up / payment* |

GM recalling over 40,000 Chevy, Pontiac and Saturn models over fuel pump woes
Mon, 01 Oct 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall for a number of General Motors cars and crossovers bought or currently registered in the hot-climate states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. As many as 40,859 units consisting of the 2007 Chevrolet Equinox, Pontiac Torrent and Saturn Ion and the 2007-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt (shown) and its Pontiac G5 twin are being recalled for potential fuel leaks.
This recall is being issued due to potentially faulty fuel pump components that can crack and cause gasoline to leak from the return or supply ports and possibly cause a fire. NHTSA has not indicated how many fuel leaks or vehicle fires have been reported. As a fix, GM will replace the fuel pump modules on all affected vehicles free of charge. Since Pontiac and Saturn have been shuttered, owners will be able to go to another GM-brand dealership to have their vehicles repaired.
While the list of affected cars and crossovers varies by state and model year, if you own any of these models and live in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, Oklahoma or Texas, be sure to check the official notice below for more details.
Pontiac Firebird in latest Generation Gap scrap
Tue, 30 Sep 2014Generation Gap is mining the Lingenfelter collection again this week to compare two very different interpretations of the Pontiac Firebird. An original 1968 example goes toe-to-toe with a 2010 Lingenfelter Trans Am to see whether the old man or the modern re-imagining takes the crown.
Being from the Lingenfelter collection, both cars are absolutely immaculate. The '68 packs a Pontiac 350-cubic-inch (5.7-liter) V8 with a claimed 320 horsepower and some classic, muscular style with a hood-mounted tach. Plus, it's painted in an understated shade of green that you don't usually see.
In the other corner is Lingenfelter's pumped-up take on the classic shape based on the modern Camaro, and this is just one of six concept versions ever made. It wears an eye-catching, vintage-inspired livery of blue with a white stripe package. Under its shaker hood is a 455-cubic-inch (7.5-liter) V8 with a reported 655 hp and 610 pound-feet of torque.
GM expands headlight recall to 180k Buicks and Pontiacs
Thu, Aug 20 2015General Motors is issuing an expanded headlight module recall to include 180,504 examples in North America of the 2005 Buick LaCrosse (2008 model year pictured above) and 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. Specifically, the campaign affects 159,584 of them in the US and 20,920 in Canada. When the part fails, the vehicles' low beams can stop working either intermittently or permanently. "GM is unable to confirm any crashes, injuries or fatalities related to this condition," the company said in a statement, and there's currently no permanent repair for the problem. For now, dealers will replace the headlamp module with a new example of the same part. The automaker first announced this campaign in November 2014 when it affected 316,357 examples globally of the 2006-09 Buick LaCrosse; 2006-2007 Chevy TrailBlazer and TrailBlazer EXT; 2006-2007 GMC Envoy and 2006 GMC Envoy XL; 2006-2007 Buick Rainier; 2006-2008 Saab 9-7X; and 2006-08 Isuzu Ascender.
