2005 Pontiac Gto Coupe 2-door 6.0l Mint Condition! Sap Package on 2040-cars
Tavares, Florida, United States
Up for sale is my 2005 Quicksilver Metallic GTO, Black interior, with stock 17"s polished wheels. I am the second owner, I bought the from a customer as a second vehicle for fun, but now with a growing family I know longer drive the car and don't want it to just sit in the garage. I would love for somebody else to love this car as much as I have. The car has approx. 51,600 miles on it. The car has Never been raced, never driven in the snow, and never driven in the rain. You will NOT find a cleaner car anywhere. The car has had the same detail company clean it since the car was brand new, I continued with the same detail company that the pervious owner was using. It has had only one cleaning lady though-out its entire life! This GTO is completely factory with only one upgrade which were cut-outs installed on the exhaust. This GTO does have the SAP (Sports Appearance Package) factory from GM (a $3,000 option). This GTO would be the equivalent of the old Judge version back in 69 and the early 70's, SAP package consisted of the front and rear bumpers covers bigger and more aggressive looking with heat vents above the exhaust, the recessed grills, wider ground effects with vents, higher rear spoiler. These GTO's are a lot harder to find. I still have all original body and exhaust parts in my attic that will be passed on to new owner. I have every single receipt for ALL service work that has been done to this car from new. I also have a Car-fax report which has NO issues for your peace of mind. The GTO also has all Original 2005 brochure and color brochure, Original Window sticker, Owners Manual w/CD, and every document that was sold with the car. I just had brand new tires and brakes put on car about 600 miles ago. The oil has been change every 5,000 miles with Mobil 1 Synthetic. This Pontiac GTO runs and drives Like brand new and is in immaculate condition! SerIous Buyers only. Please call 352-223-Four838 for any other questions or concerns. I am open to all Reasonable/Respectable offers. Happy Bidding
Thanks, Dale_ |

Enter now to win this impeccably restored 1969 Pontiac GTO
Wed, Feb 16 2022Autoblog may receive a share from purchases made via links on this page. Pricing and availability are subject to change. No donation or payment necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. See official rules on Omaze. Normally when we post about Omaze, it is about some kind of incredible car sweepstakes. Today, well, to be honest, it is more of the same, but in the case of this tastefully done 1969 Pontiac GTO, we don’t even care if you head over to the sweepstakes page to enter, just do it for the photos. ThatÂ’s right. As a self-described automotive photography snob myself, I have to say that the photos of this GTO are far and away the best IÂ’ve ever seen on Omaze. And while youÂ’re over there, might as well enter the drawing. Who doesnÂ’t want that lean, green, muscle machine in their driveway? IÂ’m more of a fastback Mustang guy, and even I was drooling over that GTO. Win a Restored 1969 Pontiac GTO - Enter at Omaze Here are the specs of the restored 1969 Pontiac GTO in question, according to Omaze: Maximum Seating: 5 Engine: 461 ci fuel-injected V8 Transmission: Tremec TKO600 5-speed manual Drivetrain: RWD Exterior Color: Verdero Green Interior Color: Black Maximum Horsepower: 575 hp Maximum Torque: 620 lb-ft Approximate Retail Value: $100,000 Cash Alt: $75,000 Special Features: Butler Performance-built EFI 461, Fast EFI v2.1, 3.73 Gears with Eaton Posi Traction, Wilwood 6-piston brakes with hydroboost, Ridetech Coilovers and muscle bars, Chassis Works billet drop spindles, staggered 18” Budnik billet wheels, Budnik steering wheel IÂ’m not the only one on the Autoblog staff who thinks this restoration is worthy of a little praise. News Editor Joel Stocksdale picked it above all the other current Omaze offerings for our holiday staff picks post. HereÂ’s what he had to say: “There are an awful lot of ways to build a restomod. And a lot of those ways can be boring or tasteless. This one is neither. This is a seriously classy Pontiac GTO. Under the hood is a 461 cu. in. V8 from Butler Performance that's based on an actual Pontiac V8, not just another Chevy engine. The whole thing is subtle with a low-key metallic green and clean gray wheels. There isn't any overly flashy chrome or decals. And the interior is the same with just an upgraded steering wheel, shifter and pedals in an otherwise stock cabin. Oh, and it has a manual.
This Hoonigan mechanic's twin-turbo Trans Am is wonderful
Thu, Mar 24 2016What do you drive when you work on rally machines for a living? Probably a Subaru WRX, and that's what Gregg Hamilton had for a while until working on his car felt too much like his day job. So when he moved from New Zealand to the US to work for Ken Block (with a few stops along the way) he bought something entirely different. This is Gregg's 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. It's a throwback to another time, but it's anything but stock. It has that magic combination of a big V8 with a manual transmission and rear drive, just like the tin-top racers Gregg watched in his Kiwi youth. He bought it sight unseen from its previous owner in Alabama, and has been tinkering with it ever since. There's something about the flared wheel arches and the classic Firebird gold-striped black livery that has us smitten. Scope out the six-minute clip above from Petrolicious and see if you don't fall for Gregg's Pontiac as well.
Junkyard Gem: 1987 Pontiac Safari Station Wagon
Tue, Aug 9 2016During the 1960s and 1970s, station wagons based on full-sized Detroit sedans were the default family haulers, and many of those Kingswood Estates and Country Squires and Ambassadors came with unapologetically phony woodgrain-printed exterior paneling and trim. By the late 1980s, however, few were snapping up such wagons, making this '87 Safari that I spotted in a Denver yard an interesting find. Power for this wagon came from a 307-cubic-inch Oldsmobile V8 making 140 horsepower. General Motors used this engine in Buicks, Oldsmobiles, Chevrolets, Pontiacs, and Cadillacs, finally discontinuing production for the 1990 model year. Was the "wood" convincing, even when new? Of course not, but it was a cherished American tradition. Related Video: Featured Gallery 1987 Pontiac Safari station wagon in Colorado junkyard View 18 Photos Auto News Pontiac station wagon
