THE CAR WAS SOLD NEW IN NORTH CAROLINA AND STAYED THERE UNTIL 2006 WHEN IT THEN CAME HERE TO FLORIDA. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN GARAGE KEEP AND DRIVEN TO THE OCASSIONAL CAR SHOW OR CRUISE IN. THE DRIVE TRAIN IS ALL ORIGINAL TO THE CAR AND I HAVE THE PHS DOCUMENTION TO GO WITH THE CAR.
THIS IS A RUST FREE CAR THAT RECEIVED ONE REPAINT APP 14 YEARS AGO, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICS. THE PAINT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. IT'S LIKE A MIRROR DOWN THE SIDES, ALSO THE HOOD, ROOF, AND TRUNK ARE STUNNING.
THE CAR HAS THE ORIGINAL 421 W/ AUTOMATIC TRANS, THIS PAST YEAR I TOOK THE MOTOR AND REPLACED ALL THE GASKETS, SEALS, WATER PUMP, TIMING CHAIN, HIGH VOLUME OIL PUMP, PLUGS AND PLUG WIRES, CAP , ETC. ETC. OVERALL A MAJOR TUNE UP, AND I DETAILED THE ENGINE AT THE SAME TIME. ALSO IN THE PAST YEAR THE BRAKES WERE DONE SHOES, THE DRUMS TURNED ETC. SO THE CAR RUNS OUT GREAT.
THE CAR IS LOADED WITH OPTIONS LIKE THE 421 MOTOR, FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING, BUCKET SEATS, CONSOLE WITH FLOOR SHIFT, GUAGE PACKAGE, HEADREST, POWER DR. SEAT, 8 LUG WHEELS, IT HAS A NEW STEREO BUT THE ORIGINAL IS STILL IN THE TRUNK.
OVERALL THE CAR IS A GREAT DAILY DRIVER IN REALLY NICE CONDITION, SHE STILL HAS ALL 4 OF THE ORIGINAL T-3 HEADLIGHTS, THE CAR RUNS OUT AND DRIVES GOOD, AND I HAVE TAKEN IT TO SEVERAL CRUISE-IN'S AND LOCAL CAR SHOWS. THIS WOULD MAKE ANYONE A GREAT ADDITION TO THE FAMILY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRETTY RARE, 2 DOOR, BLACK/ BLACK 421 BONNEVILLE THIS IS THE CAR FOR YOU.

Build your dream garage with this insane prize from Omaze
Wed, Jan 19 2022Autoblog may receive a share from purchases made via links on this page. Pricing and availability is subject to change. No donation or payment necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. See official rules on Omaze. Normally when we write about Omaze sweepstakes, they involve a car that you'd never go out and buy on your own. A six-figure camper van build, a $300,000 Ford Bronco restoration, a Land Rover Defender that's so beautiful it should be in a museum. Today's prize might beat out all of those, because not only could you win a dream car, you'll be entered for a chance to win $100k cash to go along with it. There are a lot of cars you can buy with $100k. You could buy a Land Cruiser Heritage Edition or a Mustang GT500 or 6 Chevy Sparks and start your own racing series. Personally, if I won that kind of dough, assuming I also won this Bentley Bentayga, my favorite of Omaze's current offerings, I'd probably use some of it to buy something quirky, like a Honda Element converted into a pop-top camper, or a restored/upgraded 60 series Land Cruiser. Think that's a terrible way to spend the cash? That's the beauty of it. It is completely up to you. No one can tell you what to do with it. Except maybe your spouse. Here are our favorite vehicle giveaways we’ve found online this week: 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition - Enter at Omaze Regardless of what you think about Ford using the name Mustang for an electric crossover, one thing is for certain, the Mustang Mach-E GT is an impressive piece of machinery. Well, thatÂ’s really up to you, because if you enter to win this Mach-E GT. it can be as low as $0. Here are the specs of the Mach-E in question, according to Omaze: Maximum Seating: 5 Engine: fully electric motors Drivetrain: eAWD Exterior Color: Rapid Red Metallic  Interior Color: Black Maximum Horsepower: 480 hp Maximum Torque: 634 lb-ft Acceleration: 0-60 in 3.5 seconds Range: 235 miles Approximate Retail Value: $75,500 Cash Alt: $56,625 Special Features: GT Performance Edition; panoramic fixed-glass roof; Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 and 360-degree camera; Brembo brakes; RTR Design Package including 20” RTR Aero 5 wheels, Nitto NT555 G2 tires and RTR Speed Block graphics Win a Restored 1969 Pontiac GTO - Enter at Omaze Joel Stocksdale, News Editor: There are an awful lot of ways to build a restomod.
This Hoonigan mechanic's twin-turbo Trans Am is wonderful
Thu, Mar 24 2016What do you drive when you work on rally machines for a living? Probably a Subaru WRX, and that's what Gregg Hamilton had for a while until working on his car felt too much like his day job. So when he moved from New Zealand to the US to work for Ken Block (with a few stops along the way) he bought something entirely different. This is Gregg's 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. It's a throwback to another time, but it's anything but stock. It has that magic combination of a big V8 with a manual transmission and rear drive, just like the tin-top racers Gregg watched in his Kiwi youth. He bought it sight unseen from its previous owner in Alabama, and has been tinkering with it ever since. There's something about the flared wheel arches and the classic Firebird gold-striped black livery that has us smitten. Scope out the six-minute clip above from Petrolicious and see if you don't fall for Gregg's Pontiac as well.
Wanted: 1967 Pontiac GTO for a special Father's Day
Thu, 07 Jun 2012Jim Sharp of Elkhorn, Wisconsin needs a red 1967 Pontiac GTO to make his dad's Father's Day, possibly his last one, something extra special.
Back in the '60s, Jim's dad, Ken, drove a cherry red 1967 GTO to California for a job. He met a girl, got married and decided his wife's 1965 Ford Mustang was more fuel efficient than the Goat and the GTO was sold. As the story almost always goes, Ken has had seller's regret ever since.
Jim always meant to find a 1967 GTO and, with his dad's help, restore it. But life got in the way, time slipped by and Ken was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer and given about three months to live.
