Up for auction is a 1969 HEMI Roadrunner – Track Pak 4.10 Dana 60 automatic!
This car has been in dry storage for 25+ years and was owned by a Mopar and HEMI collector. This is a great example of a hard to find real RM23”J”9G in original and unmolested condition. This Runner was repainted back in the late 70’s or early 80’s and was obviously raced at some point judging from the vintage electronic fuel pump at the tank. Again I stress, this car is in very good unmolested condition considering the fate of the majority of these 1/4 mile monsters.
The body on this Runner is exceptional for the age and it being a HEMI car. As I stated above the body has been repainted and will need redone completely. This car is deserving of a complete nut and bolt restoration and is a GREAT starting point for someone. The floor pans front to rear have very little in the way of rust. The trunk floor is repairable with only minor pinholes and scaly surface rust. Look at the pictures very carefully, you will notice the only rust around the glass is a dime sized hole on the driver’s side c-pillar. It is a very strange place for a rust hole because it is not into the window channel! You will be hard pressed to find a better body on a Mopar to start a restoration let alone a true HEMI car!
I am selling this HEMI car as a rolling body, I do have a correct warranty replacement 426 hemi motor that I can include in the sale for extra cost after the end of the auction. This car is complete minus the motor, air grabber hood, radiator, transmission, front bucket seats and the console as it is a console shifted automatic Track Pak car with the correct 4.10 geared Dana 60 still in the car.
As with many HEMI B Bodies that were drag raced the front inner fenders are creased directly above the shock towers slightly. Aside from the creases the under hood of this HEMI car is what restorers dream of! There is no rust in the usual areas around the hood hinges, firewall, inner fenders and radiator support. The correct HEMI K frame is still in the car as is the fender tag.
The interior is missing the front bucket seats and the console but the complete dashboard is in very nice condition and still has the original postage stamp tach. The front door panels, carpet, dash pad, headliner and package tray will need to be replaced but they are there and the new owner gets to see if there is a broadcast production sheet in the headliner! As I said unmolested!
The fender tag breaks down as follows –
N85 N96 R11 26 END
A32 B51 C16 C55 J25 M21
R6 R6 M6X X9 113 189912
E74 D32 RM23 J9G _ _ _ _ _ _
I also have a complete NOS 1968-70 B Body HEMI exhaust system that will be available at extra cost to the winning bidder and or for sale in another auction. This exhaust system is NOS and complete from the head pipes, mufflers, tailpipes and resonators. These still have the original tags and Chrysler part numbers on them.
DON’T MISS OUT ON OWNING A REAL HEMI CAR FOR A REAL WORLD PRICE, YOU WON’T FIND ANOTHER HEMI TRACK PAK 4.10 DANA AUTOMATIC CAR IN THIS SHAPE FOR LESS!
GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING
EBAY RULES
And now 10 rules you must read
1. Your bid is a contract! If you are the successful bidder you are expected to pay! Please have all contingencies handled and your money in place BEFORE you bid! Please read and understand this: ASK QUESTIONS AND GET ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BID
2.A $500.00 NON-NEGOTIABLE NON-REFUNDABLE partial payment/ deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. This can be by bank wire transfer or Pay Pal. Balance is due within 7 days of auction's conclusion. This can be by bank wire as well and is probably the safest method.
3.Please note that the car is currently at my residence in Champaign Illinois
4.Vehicle and papers will not leave here until paid in full with cleared funds. If you are paying with ANY kind of check, it must clear MY bank before car or ownership will be released. No Exceptions! Please note that with all the fraudulent money orders out there, most banks treat them like personal checks and place a 5 to 7 day hold on them. Wire transfer is the best method. Fi you are paying balance on pickup it must be cash in person no exceptions.
5.Vehicle is sold strictly as-is at my premises with no guarantee or warrenty of any kind.
6.Transportation is the buyers responsibility. I will try to reasonably help and accommodate you any way I can, but it is still YOUR responsibility.
7.If you cannot pick up immediately, that is fine it can be left here for a reasonable period. However it still must be paid for within the 7 days, and you should secure insurance as I cannot be responsible for loss or damaged to circumstances beyond my control or act of GOD.
8.Please ask and get satisfactory answers to all questions BEFORE YOU BID! Since sold strictly as/is no warranty or returns, once you bid you have made a binding contract.
9.The car is advertised locally for sale. If I should find a buyer through that venue I reserver the right to end the auction early. Please call or text me at 217 649 9339 with any further questions and leave a message if I do not answer.
10. If you have been on Ebay member for less than a year and /or have less than 10 feedbacks,and/or have less than a 95%rating you MUST contact me BEFORE you bid. Failure to do this may result in my cancelling your bid and blocking you fro m bidding on my items current and future. I understand that new members can be great customers but I must talk to you first. Thanks a lot
Sorry for all the rules but it seems that 5% of difficult people spoil it for the 95% who are good. Thanks very much for looking.

The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.

The old saying goes that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.

Before Chrysler had Street and Racing Technology, it had Performance Vehicle Operations. What the two entities have in common, before SRT became its own brand, of course, is that each was created to take Chrysler and Dodge (and Plymouth, before it was unceremoniously killed off) vehicles to the next level of style and performance.
We'll leave the question of whether or not the old Plymouth (and later Chrysler) Prowler was ultimately a stylish, performance-oriented car to you, but the boys and girls currently leading the SRT charge at the Pentastar headquarters are keen to accept the retro-rod into the fold.
According to the automaker, all of SRT's current high-performance models owe a debt of gratitude to the old Prowler, due mostly to that car's use of lightweight bits and pieces and innovative construction techniques. If nothing else, the fact that the Prowler's frame is "the largest machined automotive part in history" is pretty cool. Read all the details here.
