This car started as a Satelite Sebring Plus but is being cloned into a roadrunner. The car has already been painted and partially reassembled. Exterior: I had left 1/4 panel replaced with new AMD 1/4 panel. All the floors are original as is the rest of the body. Car was never a rust bucket to start with as you can see in pics.. The body is painted in 2010 Challenger Brilliant Black Pearlcoat. Very stunning in the sunlight. Mirrors are also painted. $6,000.00 in the body and paint job alone. Fenders, hood, valances are all painted too just covered up for protection. The hood and decklid are also roadrunner pieces. rear glass was original but pulled and new Butyl tape installed. Included also are new windshield(installed),new complete urethane bushing front end kit w/steering parts(installed),new fuel tank,3/8" fuel line&sending unit, brake lines and clips(installed),new tank tracks & strobe stripe(orange & installed),new Hemi torsion bars(installed),new outside door handles & complete new lock set w/ignition switch(installed),new machine gun exhaust tips(in boxes),Rechomed original bumpers(no rust),nice front grille & headlight bezels w/new roadrunner emblem, nice lower center grille in valance, nice turn signal assemblies in front valance, new hood insulation w/clips,new washer bottle & water shutoff for heater box,new dashcap, white faced guages w/super bright led lighting for dash cluster, ralley guage cluster, new dyna mat sound deadner, nice black door panels & sail panels, new chrome window cranks, new molded black carpet, new trunk divider, new trunk mat,new package tray w/insulation,new headliner w/insulation and sound deadner, new B&M Quicksilver shifter w/shorter stick installed in console, new rocker covers, new speakers, nice bucket seats and rear seat, new seat covers not installed yet but I do have them, they are black w/ orange centers. There may be a few parts I am forgetting but as you see most is here. I have an 8 3/4 rear to go with it has a 3.23 open gear in it. I have a used 383 engine that I bought w/ trans to rebuild. I removed the heads on 383 and it appears to have been rebuilt before but not sure how long ago. The cylinders and cam show very minimal wear, the heads already have had oversize valves installed. The engine is also very clean inside. The trans. I don't know anything about. I am willing to negotiaite on price but understand I DO NOT have to Sell so I won't consider any low ballers. Save both our time and please be serious , there is alot of money and time involved. I am willing to consider reasonable offers and partial mopar trade, just ask. If you have any questions please ask . Brad.

SRT belatedly claims Plymouth Prowler as one of its own
Wed, 19 Dec 2012Before Chrysler had Street and Racing Technology, it had Performance Vehicle Operations. What the two entities have in common, before SRT became its own brand, of course, is that each was created to take Chrysler and Dodge (and Plymouth, before it was unceremoniously killed off) vehicles to the next level of style and performance.
We'll leave the question of whether or not the old Plymouth (and later Chrysler) Prowler was ultimately a stylish, performance-oriented car to you, but the boys and girls currently leading the SRT charge at the Pentastar headquarters are keen to accept the retro-rod into the fold.
According to the automaker, all of SRT's current high-performance models owe a debt of gratitude to the old Prowler, due mostly to that car's use of lightweight bits and pieces and innovative construction techniques. If nothing else, the fact that the Prowler's frame is "the largest machined automotive part in history" is pretty cool. Read all the details here.
US Marshal's classic muscle car auction officially in the books
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.
'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars
Wed, 30 Jul 2014The old saying goes that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.
