1970 plymouth roadrunner started it's life as a EB7 383 4spd non n96 car. Now it has 440 six barrel pistol grip 4spd and now wears a beautiful ever popular b5 blue! Now has a complete air grabber setup!
drivetrain: 440 bored out 30 over. 509 lift purple shaft cam. new mopar performance 6 barrel set up. carbs are upgraded to promax metering plates and rear base plates for easier tuning. msd distributor and ignition 6al box.be cool radiator with dual electric fans that are temperature activated.(car never runs hot even in a 100 degree temp in traffic never gets over 180!!!) tti coated headers, tti stainless exhaust with x pipe and flow master mufflers. hemi 4spd. 8 3/4 rear posi with 3:55 gears.power brakes. With aftermarket Wildwood front brakes! This car stops better than some new cars!!! March serpentine belt kit. New mopar red cap battery.rebuilt front end with polyurethane bushings.
Body: started its life as eb7. now has beautiful b5 blue paint. driver side quarter been replaced from a donor car. trunk floors been replaced with a two piece replacement. original air grabber hood was added. the rest of the car still has original panels. the car is laser straight!! glass is all in great shape except the quarter glass that has a few light scratches.all chrome and stainless in great shape!!
wheels and tires are new. cragar ss rims 15x8 and 15x4. rear tires are bfg drag radials. fronts are new poly glass from corker tires 15x4. Interior: seats been recovered with legendary seat covers.custom 4 point harnest up front with factory appearing straps and buckles. Tic toc tac ( no working) all other gauges work perfect! Autometer monster tac and shift light works as well. Heater works as it should. Radio with cassette player is fully functional. Original pistol grip shift.

US Marshal's classic muscle car auction officially in the books
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.
'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars

But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.
'71 Plymouth Hemi Cuda Convertible sells for $3.5M [w/video]

We're plenty used to seeing classic cars selling for millions of dollars. It's just that they're usually European: Ferraris, Bugattis, Mercedes and the like. There are some rare American exceptions, usually wearing the names Duesenberg or Shelby. But what we have here is the most expensive Chrysler product ever sold at auction.
The vehicle in question is a Plymouth Barracuda - specifically a 1971 Hemi Cuda Convertible, chassis #BS27R1B315367 - that Mecum Auctions just sold after eight solid minutes of feverish bidding for a high bid of $3.5 million at its auction in Seattle, Washington. That figure positively eclipses the $2.2 million paid for a strikingly similar Hemi Cuda (chassis #BS27R1B269588) fetched nearly seven years ago in Scottsdale and another that was the first muscle car to break the million-dollar mark in 2002.
