This is a 60 Plymouth Fury that I bought back in 2008 from a man that got this car as a wedding gift from his father in law bought brand new, I have the check that was wrote to a local bank and and the Fury sold local.north west Georgia. Bought the Car because gentleman was moving to Florida to retire with his family and didn't want to bring this car, Keep it local and up. Looking to give this fun ride a another life with another owner, I have enjoyed taking it to car shows and Rod Runs (and winning "survivor award"). But I have many other Projects I want to turn my attention too.
It shows 64,000 on the odometer, its probably 164,000. has the original carpet, the seats have been recovered at some point but in really great condition, the head liner is in great condition as well.
Floor boards are all solid as well as trunk. the only major blemishes are on the paint near the back window (pictures available upon request) is just surface rust, not rot! Front windshield has a crack but does not leak! New glass would run around $900 from most quotes I have gotten but I have adjusted asking price for the small issues with the car.
All hub Caps are here original wheels as well (not pictured) even has the original spare. All lights work, Dash, Turn, Tail, Brake, Headlights and Dome.
All gauges work, Clock runs really slow so it doesn't keep time, but does work.
Runs very well, one pump gas and crank. Generator was rebuild with starter. (and yes,...they are the original ones as well)
Right now front driver side lower wheel cylinder is needing repair so brake fluid has leaked out. and Gas take needs very minor repair, well hold gas but slow leak (haven't had the time to break it down to get patched).
4 door yes, But very rare car, have only seen one other sense I've owner her, and only a few online.

Barrett-Jackson 2014: 1970 Plymouth Hemi Superbird passes half a million dollars
Sat, 18 Jan 2014The Plymouth Superbird is one of those classic American cars from the muscle car era that has captured the imagination of all sorts of automotive enthusiasts long after its presence on roads and race tracks wore away. It's easy to see why. Where else but in the Swingin' Sixties and Seventies would a car leave the factory with an aerodynamics package that included a pointy beak and a rear spoiler that sat several feet above the rear deck?
The example you see above, which was born in 1970, is one of the finest Superbirds we've ever seen. Combine its complete restoration with its original 426 Hemi engine, and it's no surprise that it managed to bring in a cool half million dollars (plus 10 percent in fees) at Barrett-Jackson. See it yourself in our high-res image gallery above, and scroll down below for the official auction description.

'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars
Wed, 30 Jul 2014The old saying goes that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.
US Marshal's classic muscle car auction officially in the books
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.
