I have a 1972 Cuda that has been completely gone through. Lets start in the engine bay, The motor is a rebuilt,383 with Edlebrock heads and intake, has a very mild cam which give it a great sound and lope, Holley DP with electric choke, Full MSD set up, 120 AMP alt conversion, custom milodon pan, firm feel PS pump(they are the Dodge steering guru's)March drive set up, after market brake booster. The brakes are Wilwood big brakes, 6 piston front, 4 piston rear, full hotchkis suspension, sway bars with torsion bars, and tubular upper control arms, KYB shocks. Has a new tank with a Edlebrock electric fuel pump feeding the gas. The tranny is a TKO 5 speed, with Hydraulic clutch, and is great for cruzing. I have a full magnaflow exhaust with headers(no exhaust leaks)Car was painted 3 years ago Hemi Orange, paint is beautiful but is showing its 3 years. The car has custom Rushforth wheels, 19x8 with 245 40 19 front, and 20x10 rear with 285 35 20. The exterior is awesome looking with the billet hood pins,stripes, rear spoiler and custom front spoiler built by Randys custom spoilers. Interior is nice, stock front and rear seats, door panels, dash and headliner are in great condition, doors windows could use aligning, I never was good at it, has a complete autometer. covan dash, a ididit tilt steering wheel, Budnik billet steering wheel, Pistol grip shifter, car has been dynomatted, has new carpet, Custom billet brake, clutch and gas pedal, has custom stereo with custom enclosed trunk with dual amps, caps, and battery is relocated with custom billet hold down and Optima yellow top Battery. Overall car is awesome, just took home sponsor award at local car show, first one it has ever been in. 'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars

The old saying goes that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.

The Plymouth Superbird is one of those classic American cars from the muscle car era that has captured the imagination of all sorts of automotive enthusiasts long after its presence on roads and race tracks wore away. It's easy to see why. Where else but in the Swingin' Sixties and Seventies would a car leave the factory with an aerodynamics package that included a pointy beak and a rear spoiler that sat several feet above the rear deck?
The example you see above, which was born in 1970, is one of the finest Superbirds we've ever seen. Combine its complete restoration with its original 426 Hemi engine, and it's no surprise that it managed to bring in a cool half million dollars (plus 10 percent in fees) at Barrett-Jackson. US Marshal's classic muscle car auction officially in the books

The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.
