i have a 00 nissan xterra up for sale i have many diferent cars and truck and i bought for my girlfriend to drive and she decided that she wanted my vw (pain) BUT NOW I HAVE TO SELL CANT KEEP IT WISH I COULD BUT CAN NOT but i have had this car pa inspected recently and i have been driving it for a wile....
needs nothing
tires are decent
ball joints just done as well as tie rods
oil change done
runs drives great no noises
it has higher milage but lots and lots of records to go along with it everything from oil changes to rear end oil changes to diagnostics water pump belts everything it was very well maintained
no rips in seats
looks like the passenger side rocker was patched a little (SEE PICTURES) looks to be nothing major
car not perfect has few small scratches and chip marks not perfect (a 3 year old car has the same dings and scratches this is 13 so dont expect a show car)

Nissan Quest under investigation for inaccurate fuel gauges
Fri, 16 May 2014After receiving 12 complaints in the last 14 months, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has begun a preliminary investigation into a fuel gauge issue with the 2007 Nissan Quest. Drivers have reported that the fuel level gauge will show there's gas in the tank when there actually isn't - in two cases, the digital distance-to-empty gauge indicated more than 70 miles of remaining range - and it will stall out.
This is the second time the 2007-model-year Quest has been involved in the same fuel gauge issue. In 2010 Nissan recalled seven models, including the Quest, from the 2005-2008 model years because of faulty fuel readings. The 12 vehicles in this latest complaint could have slipped through the cracks then, but we'll find out more when NHTSA updates its progress with the investigation into the estimated 37,656 units.
Nissan, Toyota offering payment deferments to people affected by government shutdown
Tue, 15 Oct 2013Two weeks into the budget-related government shutdown and it sounds like some progress is finally being made, but that doesn't really help furloughed government employees pay their bills. To help out a little, Nissan and Toyota are joining Hyundai with offering payment deferments to current owners and lessees.
In a release, a Nissan spokesperson said the company is "sympathetic to any of our customers who find themselves in difficult financial circumstances - many times outside of their control."
Both Japanese automakers are allowing payment extensions of up to 90 days without penalties or fees. Unlike the Hyundai Assurance Plan, though, it doesn't seem like the Nissan or Toyota assistance will be extended to those who are still in the buying process.
