2007 Nissan Sentra S 2.0
27,131 miles one owner automatic transmission front wheel drive power steering, locks, windows air conditioning am/fm/cd purchased new in spring of 2007 by my mother, she drove this car to the store and bank and back. She is no longer able to drive so we are selling her car. it has been pretty well taken care of, however, mother was a smoker. there are a few ciggy burns in the front seats and door panels. not a ridiculous amount, but letting you know there are a few. and the biggest one is the size of a match head. the rest of the interior is in great shape as she never drove with passengers. i found the factory floor mats in the trunk still wrapped in plastic, so i went ahead and put them in the car. the body is in very good condition, never being wrecked, and no rust. a good buff and wax job would make it look brand new. mechanically the car runs like a sewing machine and has religiously been maintained (only 8 oil changes). i will be driving the car so the mileage will increase slightly. kelly blue book for the car is $9900 in excellent, $9700 in very good, and $9500 in good shape. i consider this between good and very good. i see there are a few others about this old going for a lot more money. i am also listing this locally, so i reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. buyer responsible for pick up or delivery. car is located in danville, illinois cash is preferred for payment upon pick up or you can send me a check and pick the car up after the check, money order or cashiers check clears. i have 100% feedback and wont risk losing that. feel free to email with any questions. there is currently a lien on the car and you will have to work with me on obtaining the title. |

Nissan unveils Altima-based V8 Supercars [w/videos]
Wed, 13 Feb 2013Good as it is, when we think about the Nissan Altima, the words "V8" or "supercar" are not in our vernacular, but Nissan Motorsports is looking to change all that. After unveiling the race version of its Altima sedan intended for the Australian V8 Supercars series back in October, the four race teams and their cars were revealed yesterday ahead of a preseason test session this weekend.
Two of the Altima racecars will be sponsored by Jack Daniels while the other two will wear Norton (as in Norton Anti-Virus) black-and-yellow livery. The season officially kicks off on March 1, and we'll get to see the V8-powered Altima on US soil from May 17-19 when the V8 Supercars series hits the new Circuit of the Americas in Austin. Scroll down to watch a couple videos and a press release issued for the team introductions.
Nissan BladeGlider Concept shows its inner DeltaWing
Thu, 21 Nov 2013Just like the DeltaWing and ZEOD RC racecars, it takes seeing the Nissan BladeGlider concept live to get a true appreciation for its design. But that doesn't mean it's any less weird. The wedge-shaped, three-seat concept car hit the stage today at the Tokyo Motor Show, and Nissan says the car is an "exploratory prototype" for a future production model.
The BladeGlider is defined by its design with front wheels that are just about three feet apart, while the rear has a more conventional track. Opening the scissor doors reveals a center driving position flanked by two passenger seats with a cockpit-inspired design. Although no power figures were revealed for the conceptual vehicle, Nissan does say that the BladeGlider is an all-electric vehicle with its battery pack mounted toward the rear of the car helping to provide a 30/70 weight distribution front to rear.
Check out our live images of the BladeGlider as well as the Nissan press release below.
World's cheapest Nissan Leaf costs just $9,460
Fri, Sep 5 2014If you thought electric vehicles were expensive, head on over to Rotterdam in the Netherlands. There, you can buy a Nissan Leaf for the amazingly low price of just 7,450 euros ($9,460 US). Or, if a practical delivery van is more your style, check out the Nissan e-NV200 Visia Flex, which is absurdly priced at 4,950 euros ($6,400). Now, you might be thinking, those prices don't seem right, and this isn't a case of Nissan slashing the price like someone in I Know What You Did Last Summer. Instead, these deals are already and unsurprisingly being called the "world's best EV incentives." The great deals - available to businesses only – are due to generous national and local government incentives that are designed to take dirty vehicles off the road. Things like scrappage incentives (worth 2,500 euros, or $3,240) and free parking for EVs as well as home charger incentives stack up until they bring the price of a new EV down to the levels listed above. Jordi Vila, the managing director for Nissan Netherlands, told Automotive World that, "By scrapping older vehicles and incentivising buyers to replace them with zero-emission electric vehicles, Rotterdam is taking a huge step in improving air quality." As great as these deals are, it turns out that most car buyers are unaware of EV incentives. This is too bad, since there is a short but interesting history of tremendous deals on plug-in vehicles, like the $10,000 discount on the Mitsubishi i-MiEV (or the $69/month lease on that thing). For pure "dollars off" value, though, nothing beats the $30,000 in total incentives that maybe be available in some Japanese prefectures for hydrogen vehicles, which might expand all the way to free H2 cars.
