Description
Up for sale is a nice and clean 2007 Nissan Quest SL minivan equipped with a strong 3.5L V6 engine and Automatic transmission. This Nissan has just 107k original mostly highway miles on the clock and it runs and drives GREAT! We purchased the car from an insurance company with water damage announcement. When we got the minivan, water level appeared to be just enough to wet the carpet. There were NO signs of water in the engine or transmission.
We have carefully inspected the vehicle and flushed fluids to make sure there is no water there. We have also checked the wiring and connectors, professionally detailed the interior and installed a brand new battery. The car runs and drives GREAT with no problems. Engine, transmission and all electrical components including power seats, radio, blower motor, power windows etc. work fine. The interior is very clean with no rips or odors of any kind. This is a NON-smoker vehicle.
The insurance company did not attempt to start the vehicle or verify mileage at time of sale due to previous water damage. That's why they marked "Not actual miles" on the paperwork. The actual mileage on this Nissan is just 107635 miles!
This Nissan Quest is fully loaded with a gorgeous Mocha Leather interior, Dual Power Heated Seats, Dual Power Side Doors, Power Liftgate, DVD System, Power Windows, locks and mirrors, Rear A/C, Cruise Control, Side Airbags, Factory Alloy Wheels, 6CD-changer, BOSE sound system and much more! The car comes with rebuilt NY title. We have already passed NY salvage inspection, so you should be able to register it in any state with no problems.
This Nissan runs and drives great, engine and transmission work 100%. There are NO leaks or noises of any kind, NO warning lights on the dash, NO stories! When Luke Akers wanted to sell his 1996 Nissan Maxima GLE - yes, the one seen above that needs a ratchet strap to keep the front end from bursting with joy - the Florida filmmaker turned on his cameras and yelled "Quiet on set!" The result is a one-minute videographic homage to mankind's monuments, narrated with all the intensity of a BBC documentary to sell a 17-year-old sports sedan that comes "fully loaded with an engine, wheels, tires and an automatic transmission."
Just like the car in question, the ad did its job: Nissan bought the Maxima from Akers and the company donated another $1,000 to his charity of choice. Three cheers to both Akers and Nissan for their work. You can check out the video below, and head to the Ikonik Films site for the humorous print ads that were also part of the campaign.

Since its introduction in 2008, the Nissan GT-R has seen a steady increase of power and price almost every year, but the big news for the next-gen supercar might be an increase in production. Automotive News recently spoke with newly appointed GT-R chief engineer Kinishi Tanuma who said Nissan needs "more of a volume car." Nissan has sold a little more than 2,000 GT-Rs in the US since 2012 - 1,188 last year and 952 so far this year.
Of course, a key limiting factor in the GT-R's production is its hand-built engine. Currently, only four people are qualified to build the GT-R's twin-turbo V6, but Tanuma says a fifth is in training. Even if production numbers are raised, Nissan also wants to add more quality and value into the GT-R. There is still no word as to what kind of timeframe Nissan is looking to start pumping out more GT-Rs, but with a new Nismo model rumored to be bringing a two-second 0-60 time, demand is sure to be on the rise.

There's no question that the Nissan GT-R is one of the very fastest cars that money can buy, and that its sophisticated all-wheel-drive system and active suspension give its drivers an absurd level of control at speed. In fact, the GT-R's technical brilliance and video-game quickness often spur armchair critics to make absurd claims that kind of amount to: "The car basically drives itself."
Having a bit of fun with those particularly salty members of the peanut gallery, YouTube producers at That Racing Channel have put together an instructional video about the finer points of GT-R driving and street racing. Scroll down below to get an idea about just how difficult Godzilla can be to keep hold of at the limit.
