1997 Nissan Pickup Standard Cab Pickup 2-door Extended Cab 2.4l on 2040-cars
South Plainfield, New Jersey, United States
This is a 1997 Nissan pickup 4 wheel drive 5speed tranny with rock climbing gears. I'm selling it as a parts or a fixer up. It has a new clutch and the tranny is in excellent condition. Also, the motor runs well does not burn any oil, This truck drive great on the highway and in the snow, the ac/ heat is excellent but engine modulates up-and-down, sometimes when idling. The mechanic said it needs a new idle control solenoid and other parts as well. It has three new tires on aluminum alloy wheels. Has new timing chain and sprocket master brake solenoid , water pump, new radiator, oil pump, new head gasket ,new clutch slave valve, and many more new parts, the check engine has been on an off for years I only fix it for inspection ,interior ok needs a new rug and driver seat back window made plexiglass . It has a little surface rust on finder near wheel. Bed seems to be in good condition Once again I'm selling this truck as a fixer up or for parts. This tuck is sold as is, no refund. This truck has a very low reserve. HAVE FUN WITH IT. THANKS.

Infiniti readying small crossover for China, is it Juke based?
Tue, 15 Apr 2014The small crossover is the superstar segment of the global automotive industry at the moment. With the love that Nissan has for the form with vehicles like the Juke and the Rogue, it should come as no surprise that Infiniti is going to hop into the market as well. However, its luxury CUV is likely going to remain exclusive to China for the time being.
The first hint of the Chinese Infiniti crossover leaked as dark silhouette looking a lot like the Juke, during a brand press conference said to be held in Beijing. It suggested that the model would use the Nissan platform but incorporate unique styling.
Leftlane News speculated that it could be among the company's debuts at the upcoming Beijing Motor Show, but that appears not to be the case. Infiniti spokesperson Kyle Bazemore has confirmed to Autoblog that a "small premium crossover" is under development for China. However, "Details of the vehicle will be announced at a later date. It will not debut at Beijing Motor Show," he said. Also, don't get too excited about the prospects of driving an Infiniti small CUV, because Bazemore says the company has no plans to offer this model elsewhere.
2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo to hit 60 mph in 2 seconds?
Wed, 31 Jul 2013Here's your daily dose of incredulity - AutoExpress is reporting the 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo will hit 60 miles per hour in two seconds. Okay. The report comes from an unnamed source that AE spoke with at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and would mean that the GT-R Nismo, a car that will likely sit below $150,000, will be able to outsprint (over short distances) a 1200-horsepower, $2.58-million Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.
Citing a more potent version of the GT-R's twin-turbocharged V-6 along with a healthy drop in weight, AutoExpress says that the performance is the result of the same group that helped develop the Juke Nismo, Williams Advanced Engineering. An unnamed engineer for Williams (it's not made clear if this is the same source from Goodwood) notes that there are improvements to be had "even with a car like the GT-R."
As exciting as the GT-R Nismo is going to be, we're having a hard time accepting that it will be able to hit 60 in two seconds flat, at least on street tires. What do you think? Have your say in Comments.
