2009 Nissan Murano Le, on 2040-cars
Peoria, Illinois, United States
This 2009 Nissan Murano LE was bought new in May of 2009. It is a one owner, I bought it new. It has 48,000 mile on it. Tires have around 10,000 miles on them as does the front brakes. Back brakes have less than 500 miles on them. It is equipped with duel power seats, leather, power tilt and telescopic steering wheel, power lift gate, 20-inch wheels, rain-sensing wipers, heated front and rear seats, Xenon headlights, push button ignition with two fabs, Bose audio system, bluetooth, moonroof, all weather floor mats, and many more. The only option it is missing is navigation. The Murano has been meticulously cared for, very clean, garage kept, never been smoked in, never wrecked, and is in excellant condition. I have all the oil change receipts. My wife and me recently bought a new Jeep GC and we loved the Murano so much we decided to keep it. But we are without a truck so I have decided to sell it to purchase a truck. You would have a hard time finding a nicer 2009 Murano!!!! I do have the Murano listed for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early. If any questions call or text 309-453-5177

Nissan Sport Sedan Concept foretells a future Maxima
Mon, 13 Jan 2014Nissan is in the midst of overhauling its design language. We got our first glimpse at the direction its style was going a year ago with the Resonance crossover concept, which was followed in Shanghai by the connected-car Friend-Me hatchback concept. And now, after dropping a few hints, Nissan has revealed the third in this developing series.
Unveiled at today's Detroit Auto Show, the new Sport Sedan Concept applies many of the same design elements we've seen on Nissan's previous show cars to a more conventional four-door shape. But far from a design exercise, the decidedly uncreatively named Sport Sedan Concept previews "a future production sports sedan," which has every indication of being the next Maxima.
Its dimensions reveal the concept to be bigger than the current Maxima in every direction but height, with that visual impression further entrenched by a floating roof design that combines with a high waistline to give a coupe-like profile. There are also sharp creases in the bodywork that visually break up the space between the rear set of 21-inch alloys and the tapered greenhouse. The shape is further punctuated by the V-shaped grille and distinctly Nissan boomerang-shaped lights that lend a face to this distinctly Japanese design that was penned in California and honed back in Japan. The sharp and simple cabin is characterized by a high-contrast palette with quilted leather and metallic trim.
Jay Leno checks out Nissan IDx Nismo, spiritual successor to classic Datsun 510
Mon, 10 Mar 2014Jay Leno may not be spending his night behind the Tonight Show desk anymore, but he's clearly not done rolling precious metal into his garage, intent on putting it through its paces after a thorough investigation. The latest machine to meet Jay on his home turf is the Nissan IDx Nismo Concept that we first saw at the Tokyo Motor Show late last year.
Leno already has love for the classic Datsun 510, which plays a cameo in the video that you'll see below, and he refers to the IDx as the spiritual successor to that car's ethos - driving fun in an affordable package. Fortunately for us, while the IDx is a showcar first and foremost, it is indeed driveable, and Leno, naturally, takes his turn behind the wheel.
