This is a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S with 86k miles i've owned the car for a couple of years. It's been well taken care of i've kept the engine serviced every 3,000 miles and have had no problems with it since getting the car except for a flat tire... it's actually pretty quick for a 4 cylinder and gets good gas mileage 32 highway 26 city... It does have a rebuilt title it got dinged in the rear but you cant notice any of that on the vehicle I've been very pleased with the car but have upgraded to a newer car and i don't need two cars... interior has new carpet and leather seat covers in it, nice rims and tires and if your lookin for a gas money saver this is a good car for that! Yeah, we saw the new Ram 1500, Chevy Silverado and Ford Ranger, but that's just scratching the surface. MI man injured in crazy Nissan Titan crash caught on video
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Earlier today, a man from Kentwood, Michigan was seriously injured after a bizarre accident on Interstate 96 outside of Lansing. While he's expected to make a full recovery, it's the footage captured by another driver that makes this incident so remarkable.
The 59-year-old driver of the Nissan Titan involved in the crash was towing a trailer when he hit the median and was catapulted over a guardrail into a local creek. A driver that was traveling alongside caught the entire incident on Vine, creating a disturbing loop of the truck flying through the air, before disappearing from view.
The man was recovered by rescue services, taken to a hospital, and is expected to make a full recovery. It's unclear what caused him to lose control and end up on the median. Scroll down for the six-second Vine video.
Nissan reports $4.13B net income for 2012
Sat, 11 May 2013The news for Nissan is good when it comes to the company's results for the 2012 financial year that ended on March 31. Even though the numbers were down in many of the world's major markets, increased sales in the US, Brazil and the Middle East, ten new models and a strong fourth quarter allowed Nissan to hit its target for the year and notch record sales of 4.914 million units globally. On net revenue of $116 billion, Nissan posted net income of $4.13 billion and an operating profit of $6.31 billion.
There are upward-looking projections for this year, Nissan forecasting a 7.8-percent jump in sales to 5.3 million units, with $117.89 billion in net revenue and $4.42 billion in net income. That net revenue number probably won't actually match what's reported next year, though, because Nissan is changing its accounting method and won't include revenue and operating profit results from its joint venture with China's Dongfeng. Net income doesn't change under the new method, but the adjusted net revenue forecast is $109.16 billion.
